I have been to this location I think 3 or 4 times. There’s always an issue. The first time my appointment was on a Saturday and they called me Saturday 4 hrs prior because my therapist wasn’t going ti be there. I was told they’d give me 30 minutes free. Didn’t happened. They rescheduled me for Sunday with someone else. I went Sunday and the therapist was great. I scheduled with him again. At my next appointment another reschedule. Then today I get a call that my appointment for tomorrow has been canceled because my therapist won’t be there. I told them I don’t want to reschedule. I am DONE with massage envy. I would highly recommend going elsewhere, and do not buy the membership either, just pay when you want a massage. It’s overpriced

Chelsea was awesome. The massage pressure on my sore muscles was perfect and she worked the kinks out perfectly. She found and worked out kinks that I didn’t even know I had. I walked out soooo relaxed. I’ve been going to ME for about 4 years at 3 different locations, and this one was probably the best massage I’ve received.

Mae was a great massage therapist. The actual location is older than the one i usually go to and i wasn’t impressed by the waiting room. Ambience is a big deal in my book, so it would have gotten 5 stars from me if it was a nicer waiting room.
