I kinda had a feeling from the start that I wasn’t going to be impressed with the massage (just a gut feeling). The massage therapist would walk out of the room and not really say anything. For example, before the massage, she walked out of the room and didn’t say anything like “go ahead and get undressed and lay face down under the sheet and blanket” like all other massage therapists I have gone to say (or something to that nature). And at the end of the massage, she walked right out, and I had no clue if she was coming back in or anything, so I just got dressed, went to pay and left.

Don’t waste your time or money. If you can get an appointment it will never be with same person again. So every appointment is like starting over explaining your preferences to someone new. The quality of the massages started out OK but degraded over time to just worthless. My membership and massages for a year were a gift so I never paid for anything and I still couldn’t bring myself to go after about six months. Just a sad waste of money and time. I suggest spending your money on something else that will make you happy.

I have been very satisfied with my service here; I saw Walter for deep tissue and muscle pains for several months and was very happy with the results. The staff is friendly and professional, and they are usually able to schedule an appointment 1 and sometimes 2 months in advance. I have since moved too far to use this location but would again if I could.

My wife and I were extremely disappointed with our experience at this location. My wife is pregnant, and we booked a pre-natal massage over 1 month out, which was confirmed by the booking team over the phone. We showed up for the appointment, and when we arrived, we were informed that reception had mistakenly booked her appointment for the wrong month. This was severely disappointing, as my wife is uncomfortable and in need of the massage, and we had to book a babysitter in order to make our appointment. I recommend avoiding this location.

I hate leaving any type of negative review. The positive is that they apologized for the issue below and refunded my membership credits. I’ve been a member with Massage Envy for approximately 10 years. My experience today at Massage Envy North in Frisco was to say the least not what was expected. The person with the keys to the location came at 10:25 AM when the store opens at 10. I had made an appointment with my massage therapist my last time in, and had it scheduled for today at 10. They never booked the appointment. And actually booked it under somebody else’s name who was also here at 10 o’clock. She didn’t understand why she had been booked but confirmed it anyway. So after waiting for 30 minutes not only did I not get a massage. The therapist wasn’t even here yet. Needless to say I am canceling my membership. Unreal.

The front desk assistant is very impatient in answering customer calls . I had some network issues , I am trying my best to answer her questions despite the network issues. I could barely see her making attempt to talk to me instead I heard the phone hung sound many times . That’s not acceptable. Atleast have some empathy towards your customers !!! I called to try rescheduling my appointment she could not be patient with my phone network issues. How rude

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI am appalled at the rude and unprofessional customer service I experienced today from Izzy, who says she was the Manager. I called to follow-up on a conversation I had with another associate the previous week regarding freezing my husband’s account for the summer. He has very hectic schedule working in excess of 12 hour days making routine massages impossible during the summer. I explained this situation and she offered to transfer his credits to me and freeze his account until a time when he would be able to begin using his credits again. She told she’d need Manager approval to transfer the credits but that it’s not uncommon to do this since it is within the home location. She said she would get back to me the next day, as well as have the Freeze form sent by email – neither occurred, hence the reason for my call today.When Izzy answered my call she rudely explained that that is not their policy and actually insinuated that I made the story up because no one would have told me that. Are you kidding me??? She then went onto explain that 1) they won’t transfer any credits to my account, and 2) if he decided to use a credit while it was on freeze we would have to pay an additional $20/mo to use the credits he’s ALREADY PAID/EARNED! When I began questioning her on this policy because I wasn’t sure I understood her correctly. She told me I was being rude, and that it wasn’t “her” policy and she wasn’t personally making me pay the fee. OBVIOUSLY! I told her I realized that she is an employee of the company, but I was simply trying to ensure I understood what she was describing. She then hung up on me!!!I called back and asked to speak to the manager, and she said she is the Manager and the only one working today. Right?!?!? Then said, I don’t have to speak to you if you’re going to be rude, and continued by telling me she would just cancel his membership – then apparently proceeded to do so and hung up on me again!I am appalled that someone like this would be employed by Massage Envy and allowed to interact with your long-term customers. I truly feel that she did the massage for me, a stranger as if I was family and I really appreciate that.
