I would NOT recommend this place for massages. The massages are OK, but the administrative side is a nightmare. My husband purchased 6 massages for me and was sold on all the “extras” he would get for paying upfront (e.g. scented oil, extra 30 minutes of massage, etc.). However, once paid, the extras expired within a month (no way to use all the perks in one month) and my husband got notifications of “membership dues” every month. I kept hearing that it didn’t apply to me since it was already paid for and to ignore the messages (not comfortable with that). Scheduling a massage was very difficult…having to go in once every 6 weeks only due to availability concerns. One time I showed up and was told I should’ve gotten a message about my masseuse being sick. I did not get a call/text and when I showed up the front lady turned at the one by her side and said “I told you” and told me to reschedule with no apology. I had billing issues too….I was charged $100 on my card when I only authorized the tip to be charged, as I had a massage credit. Still concerned that they thought it would be ok to charge me $100 without me authorizing the charge, signing a receipt or anything else. Later, I was told that my massage credits had just expired and hence the charge. It was eventually fixed but made me feel like they were out to cheat me because if I wouldn’t have checked my credit card statement, I wouldn’t have noticed. They are pushy with their memberships and that just doesn’t feel right. I’d rather use a real spa and pay as I go, rather than stressing out about additional charges, lost credits or no shows without notice.

If I could give them SIX stars, I would! I traveled around to several Massage Envy locations throughout the Metroplex area in the last six months, but I decided to call this location home. In addition to the ladies behind the front desk being extremely friendly and always smiling, most recognize and check me in before I can even reach their counter, and absolutely set the relaxing and inviting pace for what is to come. Not only does this location come with a massage chair in the waiting room, just in case you want to get your pre-massage on, they also have a coffee and water bar so you can start your massage off hydrated. If all of that wasn’t enough to convince me to stay, there is always their newest masseuse addition, Eric, that keeps me coming back. All of the ME locations have wonderful masseuses, but Eric is something special for those that suffer from ailments, like my Fibromyalgia. He listens to your concerns, and focuses on those areas with attention and dedication. Eric is always kind, does an excellent job, and just makes my life, as someone suffering from chronic pain, just a little bit better! I ALWAYS leave this location feeling 100% better than I did entering, and that includes mentally as well!! If you’re one who is new to massages, or someone who might have had a bad experience, I implore you to check out this ME location, and to book an appointment today! It is amazing what a massage can do for your body, mind and soul!!

Omg! Best Massage and facial ever! On the full body message she turns off the lights to make sure no one comes in to give you privacy when she is working the lower body! Even in the waiting area the massage chair is amazing gives great butt massages! I got the full body massage and she listens to you and adjust her pressure level for however you please ! The facial was so relaxing! I thought I was at a Spa!
