They owed me 2 appointments on my deal amd they canceled one due to weather but they did not have available due to covid and would not honor the deal. I got 1 appointment after haggling with the manager on 3 different occasions and then she said that the owner would have to approve the other and the manager would e mail me within a week. Wow a week. Well 4 weeks later no email . Great massages but the management sucks. There’s a reason 3.4 rating

Critical: CommunicationI called in to see if they had any availability. The lady who answered told me they did so I set the time. I came in got checked in and had my massage. Everything was fine until I checked out. The girl told me it was $110!!! I was in shock, and told them that I could not afford that amount. I came expecting the normal $60. They just stood there and stared at me while I was trying to fight back tears. Nobody mentioned the price change over the phone or when I checked in. I love going massage envy. The first place I’ve ever gotten a massage and rhe last. These pol are amazing! Kate and Lacie are my 2 favorite ladies. I love talking to them every time i go in there. They are always fantastic. Lisa is a pro, she gets a deep-medium pressure and I can tell she could go harder if I could handle it. Let me tell you too, I am a 6’4″ large man, no slouch….its impressive. I have had a few of the different therapists (?) And they were all great! I highly suggest the services and monthly “subscription” so to speak. My mom, sister and I have all had it for a while now and couldn’t reccomend highly enough!

I have visited this location twice but after my run in with the General Manager Brittany, my advice to everyone do not go here. I prep-paid for six massages. The times available weren’t always convenient for me to go so I received a phone call that they needed me come in and update my payment record as the old card would not go through for my automatic renewal. Hold on I didn’t sign up for automatic, she replied read your contract. I explained I paid for what I wanted and automatic renewal is not what I want she she replied you have two choices update your card number or I will put this on your credit report. So I said I will report this incident to the corporate office she replied we are all independently owned so go right ahead, which I did. The same lady they referred the incident to is the same lady that called me back to say. It’s me again now what.. I want my last payment for the service I did not receive. Stop using scare tactics to bully people into contracts

I’ve had two massages here in the past month. Both of them disappointing. On first visit the therapist had dry hands or long nails, either way she was scratching me. I made another appointment for two weeks later. I made sure the receptionist knew I wanted a Female therapist. I show up. Therapist is a young, inexperienced Male! All I could smell the entire 90 minutes were his feet. I’m beyond disappointed. I went to the same therapist every two weeks for 5 years back in Florida and got an excellent Service every single time. I may give their other locations in Tulsa a try.

For the amount of money that was spent it was suppose to be a full body massage. My legs didn’t get massaged nor did my arms. Not to mention in the middle of my massage someone came knocking on the door that there was no one up front to help customers so my massage therapist had to stop my massage. It was very unprofessional. I definitely wasn’t very pleased with my experience and I won’t be back.

My massage and facial were great- 4 stars there! The counter staff needs some work – 2 stars for them – When I called to schedule, more then one person confused me with a different client’s account and then argued with me about it. My appointment times were not confirmed correctly. This happened all over again at the counter when I checked in. Each time I was made to redo paperwork. I felt like my time was wasted. They forgot to put my products in the bag. No itemized receipt given either. I watched them do the same to the next customer. I won’t be back. Headed to the Owasso location hoping for better luck.
