Critical: ProfessionalismI had a membership here for quite awhile. At first it was a great place however, they lost their best massage therapist and it’s been very difficult to get in to use the services. I have already paid in advance for these services. Front office staff doesn’t know what they are doing. Often was booked at different times then what was said. I had issues with them billing my credit card instead of using my service accrued. I had a membership here for quite awhile. At first it was a great place however, they lost their best massage therapist and it’s been very difficult to get in to use the services. I have already paid in advance for these services. Front office staff doesn’t know what they are doing. Often was booked at different times then what was said. Filled out a member cancellation form in person in September of 2020 after getting a not so great massage on back to back visits. A year later, September 2021,I noticed a $60 charge from massage envy I’m still getting charged because my membership auto renewed. I called to ask why and they tell me that I never canceled and I have 14 available massages to use and told me I could keep the 14 massages for $10 more a month…… I just want the $120-180 refunded to me for the 2-3 months they overcharged me.Signed up for a 12 month membership in July or 2020. Signed up for a 12 month membership in July or 2020. Filled out a member cancellation form in person in September of 2020 after getting a not so great massage on back to back visits. A year later, September 2021,I noticed a $60 charge from massage envy I’m still getting charged because my membership auto renewed. Critical: Communication, Professionalismi do not normally write bad reviews but every attempt to contact guest relations has been ignored. this place is a SCAM. i signed up for the membership in march of 2021 and have only been able to get a couple of massages because they are ALWAYS BOOKED UP AT EVERY LOCATION IN MY AREA. i have attempted to contact them 3 times and each time i was ignored. they make it absolutely impossible to contact them so you are stuck in this contract, even if they cannot uphold their end of it. per massage envy contract, i am entitled to massage envy benefits with my $60/month. i have been providing that, but they are unable to provide me with the service i am paying for and make you jump through hoops just to contact them. this place is an absolute joke and a scam. The manager (Autumn, I think) was rude and borderline aggressive in telling me that there was nothing that they could/would do without a doctors note. This is absolute nonsense.
