Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis was only my second time getting a massage ever. My first experience was years ago at a different company, and I didn’t enjoy it much. Massage Envy was the exact opposite of my first experience! The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. It was a beautiful, peaceful environment and the massage therapist and esthetician (I had my very first facial as well) were both wonderful. Everyone was incredibly kind and so professional. This was only my second time getting a massage ever. My first experience was years ago at a different company, and I didn’t enjoy it much. Massage Envy was the exact opposite of my first experience! The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. It was a beautiful, peaceful environment and the massage therapist and esthetician (I had my very first facial as well) were both wonderful. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityOwasso is the best, not a lot of staff turn over so once you find someone you like, more than likely they will be there for your next one. Easy to make appointments with and if there is an earlier or extra time, they call you and ask if yo would like to move up your appointment or add an extra 30 minutes to your appointment already. Jen is great by the way, after the first time she knew what needed to be worked on and se does it, she knows my spots and gets them worked out. Owasso is the best, not a lot of staff turn over so once you find someone you like, more than likely they will be there for your next one. Easy to make appointments with and if there is an earlier or extra time, they call you and ask if yo would like to move up your appointment or add an extra 30 minutes to your appointment already. I have been a member for about 4 months now and I’ve never had problems with any of the staff. I’ve been with around five of their massage therapists and they all have their strengths, and always leave me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! The receptionist staff are always kind and helpful. You really get a bang for your buck here. Add ons and extra time are pretty cheap and worth every penny. I have a lot of muscle issues and need help often. After sitting there for 10 or fifteen minutes someone came in and started apologizing saying that they were very sorry but there was a mixup. The therapist was not certified to work on anyone over 60 years of age. I am 63. They asked me how they could make it up to me. I was polite but don’t intend on going back. After going to my appointment and answering there questions I was taken to a meditation or relaxation room. After sitting there for 10 or fifteen minutes someone came in and started apologizing saying that they were very sorry but there was a mixup. The therapist was not certified to work on anyone over 60 years of age. I am 63. They asked me how they could make it up to me. I was polite but don’t intend on going back. I don’t know if I believe that there are different certifications to work on someone over 60 years of age.
