Would not recommend. I paid for an hour massage but I didn’t get an hour massage. I guess they count the time it takes you have to back to the room and set up as well. I didn’t feel like they were consistent on both sides. Not something I would ever pay for again especially at the rates they charge.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityIf I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! I have problems with my back, neck and massive knots in my shoulders. The service was superb both managers were super awesome and nice. Alexis was my masseuse and she did an amazing job. She made me feel very comfortable and made sure my body wasn’t exposed in any way. Alexis communicated with me throughout my massage to make sure I was comfy and that all of my trigger points were taken care of. I became a Massage envy member and I will now be booking weekly massages. Super excited to see my progress. I CAN’T WAIT FOR MY NEXT APPOINTMENT!!! ♀️♥️If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! I have problems with my back, neck and massive knots in my shoulders. The service was superb both managers were super awesome and nice. Alexis was my masseuse and she did an amazing job. She made me feel very comfortable and made sure my body wasn’t exposed in any way. My wife and I experienced a couples massage here and were treated professionally, and with detailed attention to our concerns. The massage therapists were thorough and polite, though willing to engage in light hearted or meaningful conversation. The manager was very friendly and helpful in straightening out some account issues we had and even in guiding us toward our other out-of-town experiences in Conway. We left feeling relaxed, satisfied, happy, grateful and ready for our road trip home. What a pleasant surprise from a small community, seemingly isolated from the hubbub.

Critical: CommunicationI have been to many Massage Envy’s. This place has some of the best feomt desk help and therapist of any. That said, they probably have ” the most incompent” general managers and apathetic owners of any. My daughter and I have been members for years My daughter had 10 massages saved up and got a one and and a half hour massage from Rebecca (one of the best). They charged her 121 dollars. I emailed the owner and hw said that didn’t soind right and he would have the general manager look into the matter. I never heard one thing from the manager. Next time that I was over there, i brought this to the front desk help. She said she would look into it. Still no call. The next time that I was over , another front desk help said that wasn’t right and she would look into it. She looked to see who checked my daughter out. She smiled, and said that the general manager had checked her out. She would give me a response that week. Still no response. I spoke to Rebecca about the matter after my next massage, and she said that we should have gotten her because she would have fixed it. It has now been three months with no response from anybody. I don’t know if it will take a courrt of law to sue for breach of contract or theft, but at this point, I am willing to do whatever it takes to get my money back. Great front desk help, an apathetic owner, and a gen. manager who seems to be completely lost due to total and unconditional incompetence with business and communication skills. I don’t know what it will take to light a fire under somebody’s butt, but at this point I will do it. Watch their business practices. I love to go here for massages as the staff are always helpful. I am a member, and I can say there are benefits to this if you want to get monthly massages. The only drawback I can think of is that they do get booked out very fast. Make sure you book your next appointment when you leave, otherwise, you will wait longer. You can always change your appointment later if needed. Also, if you are looking for relaxation, this is the perfect place as I always feel like I can just zone out. The RTR session is great postworkout or a quick pick me up if you are sore from sitting all day. If you keep having a persistent issue, see a doctor. This is what I did and it allowed to me enjoy my massage again.

I had a hour massage with Alexis and she was awesome , I was nervous at first , I have only had a couple massages before and it’s been a long time but she made me feel very comfortable and I felt great when I left , I have never had a massage like this , it was way more than I expected and I enjoyed every minute of it , she asked me about myself and any concerns like headaches or backaches and she worked in those areas more than any and I loved it . Haley at the front desk was super nice and helpful to , I had a all around excellent experience!!! This was the Conway location .
