Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWould NOT recommend this location. crooked scams and schemes out of people’s money. Incredibly rude communication when asked about the billing process. They have been charging my credit card for over 1 year. Their memberships apparently auto-renew even after My wife goes in there, in-person to cancel her membership, over 1 year ago. The person I spoke with kept referring to the freeze form was never turned in but I kept referring to cancelling the whole process when my wife went in person over 1 year ago to cancel. Then she alludes to my wife lying about going in person to cancel her membership. This was completely out of line. My wife went in there, in person prior to her deployment solely to prevent this from happening. When I asked what happens if she goes in person to cancel her membership, where can issues arise if an employee there does not submit the cancellation process. She remains quiet because is reflective of a possibility of a situation.
