I booked an appointment online. A lady called me 20 minutes before me said there was a scheduling error, that they had double booked the 11 appointment and I guess they moved me to a 12 o’clock appointment somehow. I could not go at 12 so she threatened to charge me for the appointment anyways. I asked to talk to the manager, she was equally inhospitable. After threatening to cancel my membership she agreed not to charge me for the appointment. Learn to treat your customers better.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWould NOT recommend this location. crooked scams and schemes out of people’s money. Incredibly rude communication when asked about the billing process. They have been charging my credit card for over 1 year. Their memberships apparently auto-renew even after My wife goes in there, in-person to cancel her membership, over 1 year ago. The person I spoke with kept referring to the freeze form was never turned in but I kept referring to cancelling the whole process when my wife went in person over 1 year ago to cancel. Then she alludes to my wife lying about going in person to cancel her membership. This was completely out of line. My wife went in there, in person prior to her deployment solely to prevent this from happening. When I asked what happens if she goes in person to cancel her membership, where can issues arise if an employee there does not submit the cancellation process. She remains quiet because is reflective of a possibility of a situation. I tried scheduling an appointment to use a $100 gift card my family purchased for me. It took over 2 weeks to find an appointment. In that time I misplaced the gift card but I went to the appt hoping they could pull it up. They could see it but wouldn’t apply it, and charged me $70 for not using the service I had an appointment for. So I basically lost $170 for no services rendered. I had a very uncomfortable feeling in the lobby and it was made worse by feeling scammed.
