I had somewhat of a deep tissue massage today with Makayla H. at Longfarm, best massage and very therapeutic, I have had massages at other places, and this one was more of a pain relief because that’s what I needed, but it was the best. I can’t wait to visit Makayla again. She was so in tune to my target areas and knew exactly of the trigger areas. Message Envy, please do whatever possible to never lose Makayla!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismThis location requires everyone wear a mask. I didn’t think it would be a big deal until time to turn over and put my face in the hole. I literally couldn’t breathe and had to hold my head up to get air. I was so dizzy when I left that I ran face first into the door. The front desk girls thought it was pretty funny.So, then I was sent a survey. I answered the survey honestly and indicated I did not want to be contacted by management. What did management do? They contacted me and told me they were following CDC guidelines for COVID. When I challenged Erica on her response, and sent a copy of CDC guidelines, she then stated that she polled her staff and that is what they wanted and not so much to do with CDC guidelines. Joey was fantastic and did an awesome job! The girl(s) working the front desk however were horribly unprofessional and rude. Laughing and joking when I entered without even acknowledging me. Awkwardly snickered behind the counter for a solid minute before doing their job. The reason for this was apparently a prank call? Just very unprofessional and this was my first time ever going here. Very poor phone etiquette also.

Before I get to the good part, there is one thing that bothered me, but there is a justification on why I still gave 5 stars. I signed up for a 60 minute massage and they do prep you that its 5 min consultation and 5 minutes post, thus 50 min actual massaging. I timed it and didnt actually get 50 minutes of massage time. My session was from 11-12, but it didnt start till 12:05ish and btwn gettig undressed , getting on the table, and the consultstion it was 12:10. the actual Massage ended at 12:50 so really it was 40 minute massage. Just an issue if you are signing up/paying for a 60 minute massage (50minute actual massage). However, my first visit is discounted so what I was charged made that seem fair. If it was full price, it would of been displeasing.
