Ebony was so kind and professional and made me feel very safe. I had originally scheduled to see Sarah, but they canceled that appointment and i rescheduled for an hour later with Ebony. If i was busy that day, that would have been a problem, but i wasnt. Sorry to the girls in the front for having to listen to my dumb voice mail when calling about my cancelation! Speaking of them, they were super friendly and made me want to make appts weekly haha. I am disabled in many ways and need PT and massage therapy. Critical: Communication, QualityThey didn’t explain to me that I was paying for a 45 minute massage when it was supposed to be an hour. After I told them about it they told me that it’s supposed to be 50 minutes. They also didn’t explain that to me. My appointment was at 12:30. After consultation, waiting to be called and my massage I was out of there by 1:26 to be exact. I didn’t stay in the building for 60 minutes so that tells you my massage wasn’t 60 minutes. My husband’s massage was bad. He doesn’t want to go back. He hurt worse when he left than he went in. And the therapist talked the whole time. It wasn’t a relaxing experience for him. I gave it 2 stars because I somewhat enjoyed my prenatal massage. But they’re way too pushy about memberships.

Booked with Abbie for a facial! She did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and relaxed. She really focused on my skin and needs. She never pushed products on me to buy but did give me good recommendations and things to look for in my daily regiment. The entire staff was courteous and professional. My skin looks and feels so good! Definitely found my favorite and now go to place for skin maintenance and relaxation!

Front desk was lovely when I went in. The therapist was amazing! The therapist was nice and asked about trouble areas and I felt great after the massage. The second woman who was up front when I came out(who I think may have been a manager) was the worst part of the experience. The younger woman who was checking me out spoke about services and was informative but the older lady was beyond pushy, even interrupting the younger girl. The experience would have been 5 stars, but if you wish to be an attractive service she needs to be removed from the front.
