Critical: ProfessionalismLoved my facial but was shorted 15-20 minutes and the manager, Henry Fernandez, did nothing. I highly recommend Kali for a facial but make sure you get the full amount of time because if you don’t, the manager is not focused on taking care of the customer.

Actual massage is good, but the business management is troublesome. Watch out! They will continue to take money out of your checking account after it is closed. Membership rules are complicated and confusing. Very frustrating and I hoping I won’t have to escalate to the better business bureau.

She hung up on me when I was trying to express my disappointment in my massage. Unfortunately, I am still in pain in my neck and back as I did not receive the massage that I paid for. They front staff is always so helpful. It always feels like they want you to have the best treatment experience, right along with your service provider(s). When I call last minute, they are do whatever they can to accommodate and are never annoyed by any request. The service providers are real professionals too. I’ve had over 20 services here and never a bad experience. Plus, this place practically makes me treat myself. That’s a no brainer!

Even with a major oops on the fault of the staff this location made a experience for my wife and her friends a great experience. The follow up to the issue was great and I have respect for the way this operation is run. Thank you for turning a potential bad experience into a great one for my wife. Had my 3rd massage today, and was not impressed, the other 2 were FANTASIC, but this one was not relaxing, and not anything like the other 2. The therapist wouldn’t quit talking during my massage, didn’t ask me how pressure was 1 time. And did not follow the same procedures as the other therapists. These have all been for prenatal visits. And I’m so disappointed in this last one usually I feel great after, but today. Was just BLAH

I’ve had messages from Chris, Jennifer and Cassandra. I prefer this location over all others in Omaha, hands down. Chris has been my go-to for years and I highly recommend him, if you can catch him. He works weekdays during the day so it’s hard for me to find time with him, especially now that this branch relocated from Rockbrook to La Vista. Luckily the other two therapists I’ve worked with at this location have been very good too. I had a very poor experience at the Maple location several years ago but glad I didn’t give up on ME altogether.
