There’s one masseuse at this location that actually gives a $60 massage, and she’s usually booked out for at least a month. Doesn’t matter though, almost any appt has to be made weeks in advance. Not sure how other people manage that, since a massage is the first thing to go if I get busy, but that’s just me. Literally won’t let you cancel. I’ve signed up for the membership twice now in like 4 years, very unhappy both times, guess it’s on me for getting talked into it again. Now ive got 10 hours accrued that i cant even use, because you keep accruing hours monthly unless you pay $10 a month to just use your accrued (read: ALREADY PAID FOR) hours. Would definitely recommend a smaller local business.

If you find some one you like, they leave. If you book appts in advance to make sure you get the person and times that work for you, they cancel your appts. I go to relax, yet this location only seems to cause me stress over and over again. So no more giving them chances. It is not worth it. Saying sorry does not help when this is a pattern.

I booked my first ever facial in my life with Shannon and I was absolutely blown away with the experience. Not only was she super kind but very informative. She made me feel so comfortable and the 90 minute facial felt amazing! My skin is glowing and feels wonderful. All because of her I became a member to get monthly facials with her. The lady at the front desk who helped me sign up to be a member was also amazing and super nice and informative! I didn’t catch her name but they both made my experience amazing and I can’t wait to be back next month.

Critical: CommunicationThey are not transparent with their pricing, there is no pricing online. When I booked my appointment, I was told that it would be $60 for the first session, after that I asked if they offer military discount, which the lady on the phone did not know what the military rate was. When I came to my appointment, the pricing was different and they did not honor any information that was given to me on the phone. At check out, I came to the realization that they cut 10 minutes out of your session time for prep before and after. No wonder my massage felt short. I have been to many other places that if you pay for an hour, you get an hour hands on and the prep is not on the customer. I basically paid for an hour and received 40 minutes of a massage. However, the therapist did pretty good for the time he had and this review doesn’t reflect on him. I am overall dissatisfied in the buisnes practice of Massage Envy and it will be my first and last time to any Massage Envy location. Massage Envy is top notch! Everyone there is so pleasant and relaxing. From the time we walk in to the second we leave I can feel myself decompressing and relaxing more and more. I look forward to our appointments. Our therapists are fantastic! They are very knowledgeable! I have only had 2 appointments at this location and I already understand so much about where I carry tension. John has given me some great tips to help reduce some of it between appointments. Highly recommend an appointment here! You will be hooked in one visit!
