Positive: QualityI had a massage there for the first time and afterwards ended up signing up for a membership. I don’t have enough time to go once per month so I schedule every other. With that, there was a discrepancy that happened and I ended up having to pay an extra $55, I was not the happiest person. The two employees that I spoke with on the phone were very professional and throughout the conversation/back and forth. The conclusion from those conversations were to have me speak to the Manager. The very next day (today) the manager, Rosie, reached out to me and was so awesome. She offered me two different, great options! I had a massage there for the first time and afterwards ended up signing up for a membership. I don’t have enough time to go once per month so I schedule every other. With that, there was a discrepancy that happened and I ended up having to pay an extra $55, I was not the happiest person. Critical: QualityLeading up the appt was fine. Pretty typical. The problems began when I arrived early (as they advised me to) and filled out all the paperwork and they told me the therapist usually runs late. But she said, I will still get my 30 minutes. I was a little perturbed because this is inconsiderate of my time as they don’t know that I don’t have something to do at 745. But, Okay, Fine, I can wait a couple minutes. My appt was at 7 PM. I waited until 7:11 PM and the therapist showed up. I don’t know why they think it’s acceptable to keep a client waiting for no other reason than “she just runs late”. The actual appointment was a 30 minute stretching session. As this was my first, I didn’t go in with any expectations. I would say it was a 6/10. The therapist just went thru the motions but I didn’t really have any problem area’s either. Then she wrapped it up. I checked my phone and it was 7:34! She only did 23 Minutes, after making me wait for 11 minutes and the receptionist promising that I would get the full 30. Couldn’t schedule an appt online so had to call. Had to wait 2 weeks for an appt, only to have them cancel last minute because the masseuse wasn’t feeling well. Second time this has happened with this masseuse.

This happens to be the closest location for me, but very poor service. They don’t note the account very well as when it goes for cancellation or reschedules. When a message therapist called in sick at the moment of my message, they informed me that I would be added an enhancer since it was their fault. Again not noted. Wasn’t able to reschedule me until four days later. They don’t really work with customers like I believe they should. If your spending 60 dollars a month for the package for 12 months you would think they could offer good customer service. But I don’t see a difference between membership and nonmembers. When I call the reps on the phone can go on and on and talk, but they don’t actually listen to you when your trying to discuss any issue with their branch. She keeps talking over you. This branch needs some serious work with there front staff desk, with communication, listening and notations.

Went for a 60 minute facial. The esthetician finished after 45 minutes. When I asked why the facial was 15 minutes short, she told me that the 60 minutes includes “consultation time” at the beginning and includes time for undressing/redressing. This consultation time at the beginning lasted 2 minutes, and she just asked me the same questions I had already filled out before my appointment. At the end of the facial, more “consultation” time was used up by her trying to get me to buy products. Seems like a scam to use 1/4 of the allotted time for consultations. And to make a client pay for their “undressing and redressing time” is ridiculous. The facial itself was average at best, she mainly just rubbed oils into my face the entire time. I had asked for extractions and she barely did any. Will not be returning.

I have read many bad reviews of this location and despite that I went and tried this location. According to me its in a very nice location of Wichita and the inside is clean and calm; ideal for massage. The most important thing is that the massage therapist should be good and I have had 5 massages in 4 months now. I because of my busy schedule cannot schedule ahead of time and therefore end up with new person every time. I also went for a body scrub/facial and really enjoyed that too. I did have allergic reaction to there massage oil. But as any one can have allergic reaction I told them to write in my chart that the oil used on me should not be used again. I give them five out of 5 after extensively checking them out. I wrote review under my maiden name and they will not even know me when I go and visit them.
