Critical: ProfessionalismI went for a massage. I had my temp taken and answered COVID questions. I then asked if my therapist was vaccinated. I was told they could not tell me that. I had some very serious medical problems and had ended up in complete renal failure. I explained this. They said only the therapist could tell me if she was vaccinated if she wanted to. Long story short, after much discussion and standing my ground, they asked the therapist to come out. Finally, she admitted she was not vaccinated. I couldn’t risk it. I had some very serious medical problems and had ended up in complete renal failure. I explained this. They said only the therapist could tell me if she was vaccinated if she wanted to. I can’t say enough great things about the Lawrence Massage Envy location. I do like to read other reviews, and honestly, I don’t know how anyone could give a bad review. As soon as I walk in, I’m greeted with smiles as the receptionist are always alert and eager to please. My husband and I have been going here for about a year and have seen the same masseuse. We both look forward to each visit and during the visit, the music is soothing, the lighting is just right, and the blanket is just the right temperature.

Great place! Staff is super friendly and kind. Ryan gives a good massage and is a very interesting person to talk to. Had a couple massage here. My wife’s regular therapist, Angela, is a very cool person and, from what my wife says, gives a great massage.

It’s always scrupulously clean, the therapists are neatly dressed, and very attentive to my aches, and pains, frequently checking as to correct pressure. The receptionists are very friendly, ready with a drink of water, and asking afterward how my massage was. They are also always on schedule!

My therapist Laura has soothed both my body and mind. I love her professional yet personable approach to my care. I feel like I am the only person in the world during our sessions. Sadly, I have many chronic illnesses yet with Laura, I can escape to a place of health and wellness. Laura is now a vital part of my health care team. It’s a racket. My wife signed up for the year long commitment and we are 5 months into it. 3 out of the 5 months, they have called to cancel or move her appointment because the therapist was sick or some other bullshit excuse. When confronted, they refused to cancel the contract unless she had a doctors note saying she cannot get massages for a medical reason or we moved more than 25 miles away. We will never be back and all future charges will be contested with my credit card company.
