Although the massages have been okay the service and explanations have been so poor. One of the good things about having a membership is if you don’t use the paid monthly sessions you can use in the future or gift to others for a small fee which I did. Thought that was awesome. However when I went to cancel my membership I was told that any remaining sessions I hadn’t used would expire in 60 days. No problem since that is on me but was never ever told that if I gifted any sessions they would expire as well. Tgose are used sessions in my mind because I couldnt use them and I paid the fee to transfer them. How embarrassing was it when the people I gifted them to tried to use their sessions and were told they didn’t exist!!! Such HORRIBLE service! There definitely needs to be better training and highlight that important piece. So not only did I lose those gifted sessions but they made even more off of the transfer fee. Unbelievable. NOT SUCH AN AWESOME DEAL AFTERALL.
