Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI booked the buy 1 get 1 free offer last month. Due to covid my original appointment was pushed back a month. I was told at the time there was nothing wrong with this and I wont affect the free massage.I am now told this offer is no longer valid and they will not cancel my first appointment.I was hesitant to go here in the first place because they charge 2x the price of other places and only give you 50 minutes massage instead of a full hour.There are plenty of places to go other than here.My massage is tomorrow morning and I guarantee nothing will be done to resolve this.I booked the buy 1 get 1 free offer last month. Critical: ProfessionalismMoney grabbers. Went to book an appointment told them I was calling back in 5 minutes to enter my card info and they booked my slot within 5 minutes. Clearly only care about making money and not at all about their customers. Plenty of other places in the city to go and I’ll never ever come back there

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI don’t expect this company to reach out to me but I felt the need to share my experience with others.My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 pm and I was instructed to arrive at 4:10 and text them when I got there then wait for instructions. I arrived at 4:00 and texted the number and at 4:03 I received the response of “Thank you for letting us know we will let you know when we are ready for you.” I waited in my car like I was told and I wasn’t instructed to come inside until 4:25! As I was walking in, a massage therapist was RUNNING in from the garage (I didn’t know this at the time but it was my therapist). I walked in and the 2 receptionists were not prepared and gave me the ipad to fill my information out. I completed the forms and handed it back. One woman started to looked at it then at her watch and said to the other receptionist,” Oh, it is 4:37 and her appointment started at 4:30. Take her to the bathroom so she can wash her hands.” I washed me hands then went to the room. I met the therapist (who smelt like a massive cigarette so that unpleasant during a massage) and we discussed my forms/problem areas then she told me to get undressed. So, by the time I was on the table to get massaged it was almost 4:50. The massage was not terrible but she seemed inexperienced… I went in to release tension causing tension headaches and she kept rolling over the knots on my neck which did not feel good AT ALL. After I was done, she told me to get dressed and she would meet me outside. I did so but looked around for her yet, NEVER SAW HER AGAIN. I walked to the front desk and looked at my watch and it was 5:28. I left her a $20 tip because I worked in the service industry so I understand living off tips. BUT YOU DO THE MATH… I wasn’t escorted back until 4:37, bathroom, spoke with therapist then laid on table and paid at 5:28! I paid for a 60 minute massage!!! WHAT A JOKE!!! WILL NOT RETURN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND!I don’t expect this company to reach out to me but I felt the need to share my experience with others. …More
