I would give the massage envy in winghaven 0 stars for the assistant manager and front desk staff.. I called to make an appointment and give my sister my massage, the person on the phone took the information but failed to tell me that I had to call The location that I opened up my membership at. This could have all been avoided if she had done her job.The massage therapists at this location are good however make sure you book your appointments months in advance or you’ll never get in. They have restricted me from this location as well as my sister. I would never treat any of my customers in the manner that I was treated. Massage envy has some system glitches and clearly they’re employees Aren’t trained well enough.

I have gotten many massages here since the pandemic started and they have been a lifesaver.Kristen gave me a deep tissue massage that made my back and neck feel incredible.Everyone is very professional and they really listen to your needs. I have had all kinds of issues (shoulder injury, tech neck, stress) and they found solutions for all of them.
