Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership. From what I was told membership come with a free massage each month. I have a credit from March in which I gifted to my mother. I have a credit from April in which I tried to use for May. Because I am a few days late I was told that I wasn’t allowed to use any of my credit until I was bought current on my account. I was also told that if I cancelled my mother wouldn’t be able to use her gift. Bringing the account current isn’t the issue. It’s not allowing the client to use what was already paid for. Memberships are not worth it, just pay normal fee. You are not losing of gaining anything with it. Also when I called to cancel they told me I still had to pay for May. I have not utilized any services since February in which I signed up for the membership. It’s unfortunate because my first experience was a great experience.

Self-care is very important and getting massages here is one of the best forms of self-care. The team here is great! They are amazing and treat you like family. I love getting massages here. I had a 60 minute massage today and had an amazing massage by Dawn. She is friendly, easy to talk to and she has a great, firm touch, what I needed. I talked to her for the beginning half of my massage because I’m a talkative person but halfway the massage, I was in great relaxation and didn’t talk anymore. The location is clean and at a great location.
