Today is Mothers Day, and someone texted me yesterday to confirm the appointment. Now, this morning, an hour before the appointment while I’m getting dressed to head there they called and said the therapist “called in Sick” and they have no one to take her appointment. And according to the clerk who called me to cancel, this happens “often.” They just ruined my entire Mother’s day. Very unprofessional. My husband tried to make this Mother’s day special for me, by booking a massage with this Massage Envy Location weeks in advance. Today is Mothers Day, and someone texted me yesterday to confirm the appointment. Very comfortable place, very clean and friendly. My wife and I just had a couples massage and I was happy with my massage, my wife was not very happy as she booked a deep tissue but realized early in that she was not getting what she hopped for. She was covered in oil when we walked out to pay and the front desk told her that her massage was a relaxation massage and not deep tissue. My wife was sure she booked 2 deep tissue massages as that is the only type she likes. They were kind enough not to charge us for her massage and my wife will be going back to see the girl who did mine.

2/5 stars. Everyone was friendly, but I prefer deep tissue which I didn’t receive— also I paid for a 60 minute and only received a 50 minute which was pretty disappointing. I’ll be sticking with my local massage therapist.

Came here for the first time for a couples massage. It was both our first times getting a massage. Everyone here was friendly and made us felt comfortable. Helen was my masseuse and she was WONDERFUL! My fiancé had Sarah and she made sure my fiancé was comfortable the entire time. The environment inside is soothing! We’ll definitely be back!

I have been coming to this location for about SIX YEARS, almost monthly. I have primarily seen Machelle, who is an absolutely outstanding massage therapist. She is kind and professional at all times and is able to zone in on troubled areas, whether it has been neck and shoulders, low back or elsewhere. On occasion, I have seen other therapists and have even had a facial once to deal with some rough skin. Everyone has been excellent. The front desk is always helpful and friendly. Scheduling has never been a problem. I’m delighted to be one of their regular clients.
