Facial was great. However they don’t tell you how the pricing works if you have a package. After my facial I had to pay a additional $30.00. Then I booked a massage because I was told I had one session left. After my massage I was told I only had half a session and owed $28.00. She said she was the manager and would talk to the employee that told me the wrong information. I will not be going back.

The staff are friendly but scheduling is a nightmare. I attempted to schedule a deep tissue massage on 3-20, and I was told that no appointments were available until 4-27. This has been a frustrating and continuous problem. I called and canceled my membership today. I have 12 , one hour massage credits( due to Covid restrictions, including my masseuse having Covid twice ) , and I was told that I have 90 days to use them. How can I use my 12 credits if it takes over a month to get an appointment ? I believe that this is a ploy, to keep people from canceling their memberships.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI had massages booked for my husband and myself using gift card numbers. I didn’t have the appointments in my calendar, so I called to make sure I had the correct date and I was given a confirmation of date and time. And after ten minutes had passed I received a phone stating that they were glad I called because our appointments were canceled because they didn’t have credit card information on file. So basically it’s a money grift because my gift card should be suffice. I was never told that information when the appointments were booked. Communication is very poor and the lack of professionalism was displayed during our conversation. I didn’t have the appointments in my calendar, so I called to make sure I had the correct date and I was given a confirmation of date and time. My massage therapist AJ was the absolute BEST. I have never ever experienced a massage so great and I get massages OFTEN. Her technique was smooth and she let me know what she was doing. She answered all questions and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I’ll be back next month and month after and after, etc.

I’ve had great experiences here with all the massage therapists and estheticians. It is a clean environment and the therapists really seem to care about their clients. Special shout out to Davina, Josh, and Tyler for going above and beyond. The staff at the front desk are helpful and straightforward.
