Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI had massages booked for my husband and myself using gift card numbers. I didn’t have the appointments in my calendar, so I called to make sure I had the correct date and I was given a confirmation of date and time. And after ten minutes had passed I received a phone stating that they were glad I called because our appointments were canceled because they didn’t have credit card information on file. So basically it’s a money grift because my gift card should be suffice. I was never told that information when the appointments were booked. Communication is very poor and the lack of professionalism was displayed during our conversation. I had massages booked for my husband and myself using gift card numbers. I didn’t have the appointments in my calendar, so I called to make sure I had the correct date and I was given a confirmation of date and time. I wasn’t even aware of the cancelation fee when I made the appt. Not only that but when I called to make thr appt I was put on hold for almost 30mins. Even when I tried to reschedule I was told I’d still be charged the cancelation fee unless it was for thr same day. If I’m calling to reschedule why would I want the same day?? I booked a couples appt and then had to cancel and still have to pay 50% of the total charge for the would be massage. I wasn’t even aware of the cancelation fee when I made the appt.
