Understaffed, overbooked, unprofessional, and not worth it. Definitely *cheapest* place in town and you get what you pay for, or in my case, don’t. Still haven’t been. It’s been 3.5 years since I purchased a gift card for my wife and still can’t get an appointment–covid aside, it’s been the last 12+ months trying to schedule non-existent online appointments that only go out six weeks, or calling to get rude overworked staff on the phone trying to put me on standby.

I have had a gift card for over a year and there is never any available appts online ever!!!! Called and they mentioned something about a cancelation or something list. As in I would have to be ready to jump when they got an opening lol. Im a full time student with a full time job and son…..theres no way I will ever be able to use this gift card…utter trash of a company policy to book yourself solid with memberships and never have time for the new customers must be mire of a social club than business!!!!!

I have been coming to Massage Envy for a long time. I do have one of their memberships. The massage therapists have all been good, most great and the staff has been friendly till today. I hurt my back getting ready to move and called to see if there had been any cancellations. They did have one so I took it and was so happy that I would feel better. I arrived at my massage and told her what I’d done and what I wanted. Her massage was great at relaxing me, but was not helpful at relieving my discomfort. I said something when I checked out and to my surprise received a very negative reaction. I was told that they were getting away from the deep tissue because they are getting hurt cause they do it all day! They are the cheapest place and everyone wants to come here! Oh, and you get what they have when you call last minute! If I had ever said something like what he said to me where I worked I would have been fired on the spot! Like I said until today my massages have been what I wanted and expected. I don’t want to be treated like this customer service guy treated me though. He did not provide good customer service and I hope the young lady working with him doesn’t follow his example.

I really enjoy Massage envy! I have been going monthly, for several months now for facials. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about the services (from the front desk staff to the people providing services). I love Drea! She is so knowledgeable, great at recommending products for my skin type, and most importantly GREAT at what she does. I can’t say enough about how great this place is! Highly recommend!

Very unhappy with this facility. They have oversold their memberships and have too many members and not enough staff to provide a good service. They are booked out 2-3 months and the cancelation list is so full that when you call back immediately someone else has already called before you. I had 8 massage that i had to use and with the facility being booked out 2 months plus there was no possible way i could have ever used the 8 i had accrued and would have gotten 2 more added to my account by the time i got in to try and use 1 massage.

I have been a massage envy goer for 4 years now at this site- I have had many great therapists who give all types of massages- there really is a therapist for everyone here whether it be deep tissue work or light and relaxing. The front desk staff is always welcoming, addresses me by name and seem very genuine in making sure my experience there EVERY time is good. When I have had issues, my concerns have been taken seriously and I felt listened to and appreciated.

The racism at this establishment is rife. I am a professor at the university who along with a public accommodations lawyer is reporting a series of incidents that ensued following the email pasted below, which I personally sent to one of the managers. In sum, another manager who responded did not want to put his response in writing so called instead, did not follow up when I did not receive the phone call, outright denied my complaint when I called a week later to cancel my membership, refused to apologize, nearly hung up the phone on me when I said I suspected a racial dynamic at play, said he reviewed the tape, as everything is recorded, and found nothing wrong with the other manager’s tone, threatened to charge me for an upcoming session, and is still charging me for this month for sessions I of course will not use. I will update this post as things develop, but for now I simply want the public to know that this is not a safe space.
