Made an appointment online, something told me call and make sure this was the right location. Receptionist states she don’t see me in the system. I got an email confirmation with the person that would be servicing my massage. She states that time 4:30 was not under my name. This was my first time making an appointment and my last. They cancelled my appointment because she had a waiting list.

Terrance was great! My only criticism about any massage I’ve had at ME anywhere is that an hour massage or a 90 minute massage should be just that. Too much time is given to chat with masseuse, iPad, allow dressing and undressing time. The clock should begin when massage begins and end when massage ends. Just my opinion

Terrace was awesome. My left hand and wrist need some special attention of which he addressed wonderfully. The front desk experience was awful! I was rushed out with the door opened while my questions were brushed off; I don’t even know if my tips were provided as all she did was write it down on a sticky note, when I asked about she just opened the door wider and brushed me off. There was a minivan sitting in the front of the building with the engine running. Absolutely horrible!

This was my first time getting this treatment and afterwards I was so relaxed. Unfortunately I bruise very easily and last night my back was very bruised. If you bruise easily or have fibromyalgia I wouldn’t recommend this treatment. It was very uncomfortable on my tender spots, however it felt amazing every where else. If you can tolerate the pain on your tender spots then you will like it.
