Horrible membership policies that were not clearly explained by staff members at the Frankfort location. They explain it as a monthly service that can be accrued if you don’t use the session on any given month. If you would like to gift your session to anyone because you can’t use it, you can but you can’t gift it to the same person consecutively, in order to avoid people splitting a membership. The sticking point for me was when I was told “If you find you are accruing more than you use then you can freeze your account at no penalty.” This was a concern of mine because I did think it was possible that I could go for large periods of time where I was unable to use the membership, so made sure I followed up with a clarifying question. I asked, “I can freeze it with ‘no penalty’ and restart once I got through the accrued credits?” The sales person said “yes”.

Please do not buy their membership! I have accumulated 28 services due to Covid & schedule restrictions and there is no way I can use them all. They make it next to impossible to cancel their membership. If you want to stop being billed (because obviously you’re not benefiting from the service) you have to pay to use your benefits, which is absolutely INSANE! Massage Envy DO BETTER and stop scamming your members.

I initially started off with a 1 hour massage and quickly graduated to 90 minutes due to Demond. His level of care, knowledge, and technical skills began to unwind the years of punishment I put my body through. My quality of life if definitely better because of his massages. I never knew the value of a good masseuse until now.

Excellent deal for 1 60 minute massage. Wish I elected to do a 90 minute massage. I’ll definitely be back!!! Room was quiet and clean and my massage therapist was very good.

It honestly comes down to who is doing the service and what type of massage you are looking for. I have been a member for 2-3 years and had on and off massages. Unfortunately there is a ton of turn over there and the better therapist are busy as they are better. What you really need to be aware of is their membership program by design it gives you a lower rate but you can’t seem to get out of it with out some sort of loss. They owe me a 90min session that I have paid for but because my credit card on file needs to be updated they will not let me use my paid session. After my last session I explained that I wanted to cancel due to not having the time and was told it would be fine. Seems simple right we I had 30min of prepaid time left so they said they would have to bill me a additional 60 min because of my membership. I was understanding and said that would be fine. Now I have a 90min prepaid session they wont let me use unless I give them my new credit card info. This makes no sense as I cancelled after my last visit. The real shame at this point is that they lost a good customer and a generous tipper.

I booked a 1 hour massage at 12pm. I got there at 12:10pm. They made me fill out forms for 15 minutes. I was called to the back at 12:25. The masseuse said she would give me a minute to undress. She left out. She came back at 12:34pm. She massaged me until 12:50pm. Then she said ‘All done, I will give you time to dress.’ So ultimately, I got a 16minute massage. THEE WORST EVER!!!

Awesome experience! Professional staff; making my appointment was effertless. You’re greeted in a friendly manner when you arrived. The facility was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. My masseuse, Ashley was polite and confident massaging. I’ll be going back soon.

I have been a member of this location since it opened and have never had an issue until now. Each month, Massage Envy charges my account. Some months I use the service, some months I don’t. So when I signed up, I was thrilled about the Friends and Family rollover sessions. However, my current concern is not with the massage service but with the front desk staff. I called ME and specifically stated that I was making an appointment for my husband on my account for the rollover session for Friends and Family. Either they don’t listen or don’t care. Now mind you, my husband has used the Friends and ‘family before. So when he finished his session and left, he received a phone message from the front desk saying that he had left without paying, demanding that he return. He called and tried to explain to them that he was authorized on my account, (remember I said he had used the Friends and Family before) but evidently the front desk staff didn’t want to hear any of it. That afternoon, I called ME after I returned home and by this time I suppose they had realized their error saying it was a miscommunication. No apology. In business, it only takes one error or one rude miscommunication to leave a customer with a sour impression. The ME front desk staff might want to think about improving their customer service to prevent situations like this from occurring in the future. QUESTION: Should you make sure you have all the correct information when the client first checks in, before the service? Sounds like a good idea to me. In the end, it’s a shame how a relaxing massage turned into such a stressful event.

Alyssa is the BEST! I had a wonderful 90 minute facial with her. She is beyond amazing at what she does. I am a busy stay at home with two kids and she made me feel like a brand new person. It was nice to relax and we shared a few good laughs which made the experience even more worth while for me. I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone.
