I have been a member with Massage Envy for almost a year now, and I’ve also visited a lot of different locations with Massage Envy. And I must say this particular location was far the best one I had visited so far. This location offers great late hours Monday through Thursday and have excellent customer service. I had an excellent experience speaking with Tanya and Viv about my recent purchase of the products they have in stock, and questions about my Massage Envy membership account. Also Amy, the massage therapist was awesome, she listened and focused on the area that needed to be treated. Looking forward to my next visit.

I have never had a bad experience here. Todays encounter was on the telephone. I was so pleasantly surprised when Shakale answered the phone. I did not have to push a single button a live person, made my day. He was very accommodating and assisted me in making my appointment quickly. I first came to ME because of a raffle I won and it’s been the best experience. The location is clean and uncluttered. My massage therapists have been Michelle and Kirsten. They are wonderful, down to Earth, and very kind. I have certain issues and they have worked with my needs which has helped, tremendously. My facials, Basia! She is great! I was very hesitant to ever getting another facial because i have very sensitive skin and the last facial I received they didn’t listen and a product was used that burned me. She listened, and used products that favored my skin and didn’t try to push them on me. I was really happy about this because I went home and paid attention to my skin’s reaction. I went back the following week and purchased four items that are making a big difference on my skin. Thanks Shorewood ME!

Got a gift card from my fiance for our anniversary. Went twice both times Dawn was the amazing woman who took care of me very professional, kind and really has helped with my neck and back issues. Front desk gave me so much information about the membership! Definitely something to think of. I will highly recommend Dawn to anyone as I already have to my mother and sisters. Great place. The therapists are all very good! The staff at the desk that welcome you are very friendly and helpful, accommodating difficult schedules for my husband and I. The 90 minute couples massage is perfect for us! We like to get there early and relax in the tranquility room, which sets us up for relaxation. Purchased a gift card for a birthday present at this location and when I called to make an appointment for the person I was told we couldn’t make an appointment because we were nonmembers. Completely ridiculous. Why wouldn’t you ask when I pay for a gift card and inform me I wouldn’t be able to use it? I can’t even return the card and go to a place that will allow us to come in.
