This has been my Massage Envy home for a while now. They have been through a good number of staff and management over the years and it seems they have found a great rhythm lately. The desk staff are so helpful and attentive. They also have several therapists who really give good advice about how your muscle pain or discomfort might have come to be through your habits/occupation, etc and what to do (stretches, etc) to help prevent issues. Andrew and Emily are some I would really recommend for that kind of therapeutic massage and health input. Also Ginta, Ruth, and Tanya give wonderful massages. They do a great job!

My massage with Tanya was wonderful. She knew exactly what I needed to work out all the knots in my muscles and she was very kind and accommodating. I’ve had a lot of massages before and Tanya was definitely one of the best therapists I’ve had!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The massage I had was the WORST massage ever with Ana. I had to ask her twice to take the pressure down and she still failed to do so. She dug her knuckles and nails into my back and it was so painful, the next day I am STILL in so much pain! The massage didn’t even last an hour it was only 45 minutes. When the session ended she ran out of the room and was nowhere to be found afterwards with water/recommendations/etc. as you would normally get from another Massage Envy. When I got to the front desk the lady mispronounced my name and then laughed about it when I corrected her, instead of apologizing. Overall, this was the WORST experience I’ve had at a massage envy and I will now be cancelling my membership. NEVER AGAIN!

I called them one day to get information about booking 3 massages at approximately the same time for my friend’s bachelorette party. They were really flexible working with me and helped me book three 90 minute massages at about the same time on Memorial Day. I know the team had to pull some strings to make it happen, and I am so thankful that they did. You helped my best friend’s (the bride’s) day special in the way she deserves! Both of my friends and I loved our experiences and came out of the massages feeling relaxed and pampered. I highly recommend working with this team!
