I was a little nervous making an appointment, as there aren’t many positive reviews from the last couple years but had a gift card I needed to use. I made my appointment online a week or so in advance, and received a confirmation call a day prior to my appointment. Very friendly on the phone. An hour or so before my scheduled appointment I received a call asking if I wanted to come in early due to a cancellation, and I was happy to do so! Front desk staff was friendly, all waiting areas were clean and I didn’t wait long before Sam (Samantha) was ready for me. She listened to my needs, and the whole experience was amazing. She is ‘heavy handed’ and it’s just what my body needed, but she kept reminding me she could ease up if needed. I highly recommend her while making appointments, I’d give her 10 stars if I could!

This location seems to be severely understaffed. They were very quick to pitch the monthly subscription. Massages are cheaper if you join their monthly program, however once signed up I was unable to get in. Almost everytime I called they had no openings. Unless you plan on booking your massage at least a week in advance, the subscription model is worthless at this location. This is not a place for your average hardworking Joe/Jane who needs therepeutic massage to eliminate pain. I must say that the few times that I was able to get in, the massage therapists did a pretty good job, but good luck getting an appointment. I have canceled my services and will return back to my chiropractic office for massages, as they never seem to have a problem getting me booked in a timely fashion.

Great service! Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. Filled out paperwork and iPad questionnaire (areas to be massaged) at the front desk (friendly desk lady). Took 5 minutes to fill out. Another 5 minutes later the Masseuse walked over to the lounge room, called my name, and guided me to one of the massage rooms while having friendly conversation. She was a chill and relaxed individual. And to top it off, the service was considerably more affordable than competitors in the area. I recommend this place to people who just want something affordable, decent, and straight-to-the-point.

I have visited several locations in this company and this was one of the best. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. They helped match me with a therapist best suited to my needs and they did not disappoint. The waiting room and bathroom were clean.

After a two year battle with my fiance I finally broke down and bought a membership. In the past I could never find the right therapist till I found Anne at this location(she deserves five stars). Unfortunately after 3 separate incidents with scheduling 2 of which I found out after coming into the office that it had been moved to a different day. After this last time I needed to cancel and was informed a manager would be contacting me but that never happened. Yesterday I called and asked for a manager as I wanted to make sure my auto deduction had stopped and instead of apologizing or explaining why this happened, she decided to argue with me about if she had called or not. That really sealed the deal for me as I was having second thoughts till then, even with the terrible customer service I really do need the therapy and was going to look past it but today I will be looking for a different more reputable company.

Used appointment for myself and 2 guests. Therapist style was pressure only and cut appointment short after 15min! 2nd therapist didn’t massage back at all! Would not recommend or return to this location! Counter staff was rude as well.

Today is the third time in a row they’ve cancelled my appointment that I was looking forward to last minute . My appointment was at 915am. They call me at 840am and get my voicemail. I call them back at 846 am and get there voicemail. I Drive to there location and low and behold they cancel my appointment again . I pay for a membership which I recently had to cancel as I have massages stacking up every month from there cancellations and me being busy. Quite frustrating .. I want a refund on all these unused massages I have since services cannot be provided when I want them .
