When I informed the front desk lady at this wheeling location that massage envy app is not working and I can not make an appointment, she literally told that they can no do anything about it and in an EXTREMELY rude tone. I was just trying to help! I hope she was not expecting me to call massage envy corporate office. I have been a member for over 2 yrs and this kind of customer service is shocking. I recommend the owner of this location to provide proper training to this employee.

I had to cancel my membership. Their phone lines have been down for 2 weeks and they are relying on email. They send you to an app that is not user friendly. I booked a 90 minute massage but they say they never received the email and had no 90 minute slots for 2 weeks. I asked nicely for some kind of refund or discount and was ignored. This was not a one time thing as there were several problems in the past that were their own mistakes and never offered anything to make up for it. Not the way I would run my business.

All in all, a good experience. Tamerra gave a great massage with firm pressure as I had booked, and focused on my shoulders as I’d requested. I also booked an exfoliating foot scrub which they totally forgot about. Of course, they removed the foot scrub from my bill, but I’m surprised they didn’t offer to take me back and do it. Would give 3.5 stars if possible!

Save your money this place is very dishonest when selling services. If you buy a gift card for a service expect to pay more when you receive the service. Also the Customer Service needs quite a bit of improvement. There are many other places that are out there that offer the same services and are more customer friendly and don’t play with pricing. Horrible experience.

I took my mother here to get a relaxing massage and the employee Alex was absolutely rude to her. Didn’t take any consideration towards her needs which she verbally informed him of. He had a horrible attitude with her after we accommodated to his schedule and came earlier than we had scheduled. My mom expressed to me over the phone that Alex was angry with her due to a mistake done with scheduling the appointment, when it was not even her fault. Alex’s services were so horrible that as soon as I picked up my mom she said she never wants return again. 0/10 if it was possible, this location should reconsider the type of people they have working for them.

This location has very poor customer service! A few months ago my dad was unable to make his appointment and I called to cancel the appointment for him, explaining that he was catching up on work because my mom suddenly passed away the week before and he had to take a few days off. The woman said it was no problem and I told her that he would call to reschedule the next appointment. My dad had a credit for a massage that my mom had bought for him before she passed away. Today was the first time he could get in to see someone since then. When he got there, the woman told him that they ‘took the credit’ and then told him that when I called to cancel, they told me. TOTAL LIES! My dad WAS a loyal customer for YEARS. I will be contacting a manager about the blatant lie that this woman told him and we will also be sure to pass along this experience with our friends/family. Unless they charge every single person that needs to cancel or reschedule their appointments AS WELL AS actually inform the customers of ‘taking their credit’ this is not okay. Regardless of any of the details- the customer service is beyond poor and a real shame.

I’ve been coming to this location for many years now and love Janet, my massage therapist. However, the office staff could learn a thing or two about customer service. When your computer system dumps my appointment, it’s time to apologize and look for a solution, but no one is empowered to cater to their customers. Instead, this is my problem. A vague offer of “points in my account” how can I be assured they will actually show up? Sad.

I got a massage as a gift for Father’s day, of which I really enjoyed, and in my post massage intoxication I signed up for their monthly membership. This membership includes a massage a month, of which working 50 plus hours half of that week being 3rd shift, and trying to be a good father, I could not find time to pamper myself. I had sent an email into their corporate office requesting a cancelation of membership a 2 months ago. Never heard back, but also never received a charge that month for the membership. So, wishfully thinking I figured the membership got cancelled.
