Horrible business practice to charge a person a cancellation/rescheduling fee when they wake up with a fever and sore throat. I didn’t even cancel. I rescheduled, and was still told I would be charged 50% of the massage that I booked. Will never return to this place again after my gift card is spent

Worst facial ever. First bed wasn’t even warm going into appointment. The esthetician barely used any pressure. Products were put on with a brush.. no messaging the face with product. My face isn’t even hydrated after service. Waste of my time and money.

The services I’ve received here are good. 90% of the time the massage has been excellent. The issue is that they are so booked that you have to plan your massage 5 weeks out, which isn’t ideal for me. I was finally able to cancel my membership, but I have so many massages I am unable to use that I basically gave them $500 for nothing over the course of the pandemic.

Lexie was fantastic. I would have gone to see her every month, but they upcharged me $15 at the end of my service. If a service changes prices that’s understandable, but clients should be notified at booking or before the service begins not afterwards, once the service is done it’s done, you are basically stuck because a facial or massage isn’t something you can undo or return. Enjoy my $15 I won’t be back since that’s an unethical way of raising your prices.

I unfortunately was having pain in my back so I make an appointment online. My appointment was set for the next day, received an email confirming. I showed up 10 minutes early as they requested. Then I processed to call the fount desk to tell them I was there. Some how they could not find me on the books. So I took a looked at my confirmed email it was the correct time and place. Trying to be understanding I tell her that I received a conformation email and that I really need to be seen by someone today because I’m in pain. In a not so professional matter she tells me that the best that she could do for me was give me a free aromatherapy add on and another appointment for a different day.Over all this is a very calming and clean place to go get a massage. My wife got me a gift card for my birthday and I’ve never gotten a massage before. I saw Chistopher there, and it was amazing! The staff there was very professional and made me feel very welcome. As soon as I got in the room Christopher made me feel very comfortable, as it was my first massage ever, and was also very professional. I would highly recommend going to this location, and also seeing Christopher if you can.

I definitely loved my massage and facial. The licensed professionals were positively amazing, but management was so rude to their employees it’s hard not to feel bad for them. I overheard one of the owners saying that they opened the clinic to make money. Considering that facials and massages are about body wellness, it makes it clear they do not value their clients.

The entire staff at massage envy in Grayslake is professional and attends to each customer with a personal experience. My massage therapist, Karen, is amazing. I thoroughly enjoy visiting her frequently. She understands what areas she needs to concentrate on and always encourages the customer’s feedback throughout the service. The sub par and one star reviews do not thoroughly reflect the experience that a customer will obtain. Keep up the wonderful best in class service!
