Nov 3rd my wife stopped in to verify a gift card was still valid for $225. The girl verified it was still good. Last night we came for our massages and when we attempted to pay for it using the gift card they said the card had already been used by someone in Midtown West NY on Nov 10th. The card was 4 years old, 1 week after verifying the card it gets used in NY???? Seems fishy.

Phaedra was incredible! She truly put me at ease and made me feel incredibly relaxed. I was bummed when my session ended because I wanted her to massage me 3 more hours! 🙂 Phaedra is a rare gem. I hope I can see her again soon.

Somehow I got my appointment time wrong- thought it was 3:30, but was actually 3:00. They called me at 3:10 and I said I could be there by 3:30 at the latest. They said that wouldn’t work, but could get me in at 5 instead. Then they called back 9 min later and said sorry, actually they couldn’t get me in at 5, and I would have to pay the full amount. I said I could be there in 3 minutes (it was 3:21pm) and since I had an hour appointment, I’d just do a half hour. They said that “wouldn’t make sense” and would have to charge me the full rate anyway. She then tried to charge me $120, to which I balked at, and said “oh sorry, it will be $75.” I had a gift card so I paid with that. So much for a holiday treat. The gift card with leftover money is in now in the trash because I won’t ever try and reschedule. To not even accommodate a half hour, when I paid for a full hour, is completely ridiculous. I take full responsibility for getting the time wrong, but the fact that they were not willing to be flexible AT ALL is just poor customer service.

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership, no one calls back extending the service/billing time. Today I’m scheduled for a service, it was delayed an hour, and then after driving in for the new appointment time it’s fully cancelled, with no prior communication. Poor customer service. If a manager reads this, call me cancel as I have tried all avenues, even in person, a apparently only one person can take care of this.

Phaedra is the best! She provides the deepest deep tissue massage I’ve ever had! It was on the painful side, but that’s what it’s going to feel like to get your body more loose and pliable. No pain, no gain! I’m a little sore from the massage, but that’s to be expected. If you haven’t had a deep tissue massage before, then you might want to start with a masseuse that does lighter pressure and then work your way up to Phaedra. Her massages are quite painful, but they produce the best results for overall pain management, circulation, flexibility, and mobility. I will definitely be going back for more torture since the results are so spectacular! Thanks again, Phaedra!
