I was a member for a few years and enjoyed the service for the most part. The past 12 months I can never get in for a message and/or facial. This has been an issue for a really long time. They seem to have a lot of trouble keeping staff. Booking on line, they are up to 30 plus days out at some points. I have lost my banked sessions because they expire before I can get in for a service. I am going back to a regular salon for now.

I have been a regular client of Youness for almost two years. He does an excellent job. Spends time to understand the areas I want to focus on. Once he starts, usually uncovers another area or two that need additional work. I always come away feel much better. Youness is very friendly and professional as is the rest of the staff. It’s near impossible to find available appointments for anyone who works “standard” business hours unless you book months out. Booking a massage months out is not a realistic option for me and my schedule. Managers are mostly in-helpful. Oh, we can use these credits anywhere? I pay this location because I live near this location! The staff is mostly great but the corporate policies NEED TO CHANGE!!

What an amazing Massage I was given.. It was probably the best one I’ve ever had. I love that they got me and my fiancee appointments the very same day within two hours of the time I called. The introductory special was a great value. I cannot remember my massage therapist name. However he had the most amazing hands and I felt so much better it was Unreal. My fiance had a female massage therapist I believe her name was Jamie she was awesome as well. It was his first time getting a massage and he became really excited to go back right after we left. Great job Massage Envy love your staff and this location.

I’ve been going to this ME since they opened a few years ago. Bria the manager is really nice, she greets me by name! I love Vivian one of the estheticians. She never makes me feel bad about any skin problems I have, and she’s very knowledgeable about different treatments, products etc. She really works with me to find what’s best for my skin. Mary is a really good deep tissue therapist; I saw her for 2 years. Ultimately I now see an independent massage therapist due to a better value, but the ME membership is a great way to get you in the habit of taking care of your body, and soon you’ll realize when your body is saying it’s time for another session (massage or facials). Seems to be a good value for the facial services, and I enjoy the results.

Ruby was super sweet but not very receptive…I asked for firm to deep and she did it semi-firm and when I asked for an increase of pressure she did but then it quickly flipped back to medium-light. I told her prior to the massage that I wanted to focus on my low back and glutes and she worked on my back but never massaged my glutes. She did some pressure release over the sheet but never lifted it up and actually really massed my glutes or my hips after I told her they were sore it was overall fine but I’m really sad because this was my monthly massage and I’m gonna be flying the next couple days and really wanted some relief for my back and buns since I’ll be sitting so much. Location was clean but I’ll prob pick a different therapist next time.

I don’t review on Google, I think this is my 2nd review ever…. but I just had the best experience and needed to make sure that was known. I have been going to Massage Envy for 3 months. I always get welcomed with a smile. I got my massage yesterday and I am still feeling so relaxed. I highly recommend Kamille! She listened to where I felt I needed work done, worked those areas and still had time to give me a full body massage in 60 minutes. The BEST MASSAGE I’VE EVER HAD! EVER!!!

I’ve received good massages and not so good massages at this location. Overall, my biggest complaint is I’ve never received a massage for anything remotely close to the time slot reservation. I usually do a 90 minute full body, and more times than not, I spend 10 minutes undressed and on the table waiting for the massage tech (I only need 2 minutes, tops) then they finish 10 minutes early to give me time ready change back (again, 2 minutes needed, maybe). The last time I went I had a 90 minute massage scheduled for 3:30pm. I showed up 10 minutes early, the massage began at 3:45pm and I was back in my car parked 3 city blocks away pulling out at exactly 4:55. Do the math on that then add up the $$ I’ve spent over the last 2 years or so on nothing, sitting, waiting. Someone mentioned massage roulette, I couldn’t agree more. I honestly go to the same couple people who are really great, kudos to them. The times I’ve strayed, I got someone that rubbed my back in circles for an hour. It’s a business and things happen, I get it. But as a consistent member that gets nearly $100 debited to the company every month, it’s fair for us to expect more from them.
