I scheduled an appointment as a massage envy customer, followed the Google maps link in the confirmation email and followed the directions to get to my appointment. Google maps took me to a location in Medina MN, I called to confirm the location because I couldn’t find it. I spoke with Lynn who asked me about landmarks around me, she confirmed they were near a Target and Caribou, as was I. I continued driving around looking for the planet fitness she said they were near. I called back again when I couldn’t find it and she told me I was near a T-Mobile, not a Verizon store (which I could see). I named some other nearby businesses and she told me I was in Medina, not Minnetonka. It at this point being just past my appointment time, I told her I wasn’t able to make it. She told me she would charge a 50% cancelation fee for the cancelation. I asked for it to be waited since I did everything I could to make it to my appointment. We went back and forth and she ultimately refused to waive the fee. Not only was she unsympathetic but I did not get my massage, missed hours of work, and wasted money, time, energy, and gas. I’m exceptionally disappointed with the customer service and will be canceling my membership as soon as I figure out how (since that also was not something Lynn could help me with). I cannot recommend against this location more strongly at this point.

“We are all in this together” they say. I called to cancel/reschedule my appointment due to covid (which was the right thing to do in this pandemic) and I was penalized to carry the cost of the appointment without any consideration for the cancellation reason. I reached out to customer service twice – no one got back to me. I will be scheduling the rest of my appointments at other franchise locations and will not be renewing my membership.

This location exceeded my expectations. It was my first time and the front desk helped me with my intake forms and told me what to expect. They were super friendly! I went in for some lower back pain I had and I felt much better after the massage and even better the next day.

Although it is hard to find appointments right now, the staff at 7-Hi put me on their cancellation list and were able to get me in. The front desk staff was friendly and the provider I saw was amazing at working out the tension I carry in my shoulders. Would have given 5 stars if it was more convenient to book appointments within the same month.

They have a therapist I always go back to that is perfect for working out my aches and pains (Ryan), AND they have great Customer Service oriented staff at the front desk. And for this 7-HI location in Minnetonka, it is clear they have an owner who cares because everyone is always awesome. They have a therapist I always go back to that is perfect for working out my aches and pains (Ryan), AND they have great Customer Service oriented staff at the front desk. The receptionist was very friendly. This is a smaller location, so they don’t have a quiet waiting room for members like the other locations do. One thing I didn’t like was the smell. I know they offer aroma therapy, but as someone who is very sensitive to these types of things, I’d prefer if they didn’t have the diffuser going on the front desk. It was very strong. My eyes were watering and it gave me an instant headache. Luckily, the therapist was able to get rid of my headache during the massage. I think it’s best if they only have the diffuser going in the rooms that request it be added to their massage. On the plus side, this location had many openings. I was able to get a massage in two days, unlike other locations that can take up to a week to find an opening.
