I had some pretty awful experiences at the Woodbury location so made the drive here and it went great!! Prompt service at front desk, got a full 50 min of massage as they outline in the ’60 min’ offering. Massage was great and I will for sure be back!

Just called to inquire about a facial-only massage (not a facial) for my TMJ and lymphatic drainage. The lady that answered was very unhelpful. I was put on hold twice (which is fine) but only to be given an “I have no idea” when I asked if it was possible. She mentioned they do have therpists certified in TMJ but is unable to find out who. Guess I will keep looking.

I thought the massage was pretty good, and appreciated getting in that day. The desk staff was really nice and the waiting area and rooms are really comfortable and quiet. My only comments are that Melody tried to sell me a 2 hour massage in the middle of my first massage with her, so that was a little less than relaxing. Also, she argued with me when I asked her to avoid certain areas and actually did the very thing I asked her not to, which made me a little afraid during the rest of the session. (I think I know my body much better after 55 years than she does after 10 minutes) So I will probably go back just not to that therapist and I suggest that management do a little more training with her in terms of learning how to listen to her customers.

Booked a 60 minute massage, received a 30, no wait a 33 minute massage and was charged for the 60 minutes. Contacted the “Clinic Manager”, and was told “well if that is your only complaint after being a customer this long, thats pretty good. ” Amazing! I have often thought there was poor customer service at this location (not so at other local branches) but sometimes you have work with what you have. I have had satisfactory actual massages there before (the therapists work hard). However the the absolute lack of customer service and unresponsiveness to loyal customer’s issue comes directly from the top. The 2.0 rating over all from 44 reviews is 100% accurate. Too bad they don’t pay attention to their reviews. *To all my friends and fellow Veteran’s, save your $$ and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I am extremely upset and frustrated with Massage envy Eagan. They’re memberships are a joke, and a rip off. They are not willing to work with you or give you any type of customer service. Was given misleading information, and was told I would be contacted by a manager. Never was contacted. I had to call them to get ahold of someone, horrible customer service. Didn’t care what I had to say at all. Will never recommended or give my business to massage envy again. If you’re thinking about buying a membership DON’T. You’re better off taking your business else where.

If I could give a zero I would. They have sold way too many memberships and cannot accomadate for their volume of guests. Need to book a massage a month in advance just to get in. I have had a membership since July and only gotten one massage at eagan and one at apple valley. I booked one a month in advance for November 2nd and then was notified 2 days before my massage that the therapist I had my appointment with quit 2 weeks prior! I should have been notified a lot sooner in order to be rescheduled. Spoke to the manager Diane who said she would call me back that evening and it’s been a week now and she still has not called me back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I was hoping to get this as a monthly treat for myself to help with my chronic back pain and relieve some stress, but all it has been is a giant headache.

Never really had much money to enjoy this luxury but the Price Is Right at $60 for a membership. You get a 60 Minute massage rub or for $10 more you can get 90 minutes. My husband and I went for a couple’s massage we needed to book it out a couple months ahead of time but well worth the wait. My massage was so good I had to sign up that day.. Excited for my next one in March.

If there was an option for ZERO stars, I would’ve selected that. HORRIBLE customer service. A manager was suppose to call me back, and the manager couldn’t even do that simple task, they had the person at the front desk call me back. And apparently, after you cancel your membership after a year, any unused massages are also cancelled…who cares that you just paid $720 for 12 massages – and the massages are not good – average to say the least. If you want a good massage, go somewhere else. Disgusted with Massage Envy in Eagan…don’t waste your time or money.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO EVER GET A MASSAGE, THEY DON’T EVEN DESERVE A SINGLE STAR!!!. The service is horrible and the staff is very unprofessional and very Unhelpful. They have teenagers working at the reception desk with no home training or customer service experience. It was my first time here referred by my sister who gave me her free monthly give away massage so I made sure I showed up a couple minutes early for my appointment to go over any paper work that was needed. I filled out the form and was kept waiting for the next masseur for over 45 minutes (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL). When the lady came she wasted my massage time trying to adjust and figure out the room and bed temperatures. The massage itself was just ok, I have had way better ones in the past. After my massage I went over to the desk to get checked out and the teenage boy that was there didn’t even bother to ask how my massage was or if I wanted to schedule my next one. I went ahead and requested to schedule another one (BIG MISTAKE OF MY LIFE). None of the spa policies were discussed with me. I’m a nurse who sometimes works on-call and got called in to work the week of my appointment and could not make my appointment. My sister’s credit card was charged $85 right away. Long story short they charged both of our credit cards $85 each and refused to refund my sister. This place is a disappointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
