My wife and I cancelled our package through the previous manager over 8 months ago, we sent in the required documents and received confirmation from the administrator that our plan had been cancelled and our payment info was removed upon our request. Now, 9 months later and with no prior notice, the new office admin is claiming that we never sent our cancellation documents in and she has charged us for the past 8 months of bills even though we haven’t been back inside the store since April. I had to file a fraudulent charge claim with my bank, because the new administrator refuses to acknowledge our cancellation. I had to cancel my wife’s debit card, because she even said she was going to CONTINUE to charge us even after being re-notified of our intent to cancel.

Very difficult to schedule massages and they make it hard to stop services if you bought a time period package..one has to cancel on a specific day and they require you to print, sign and send a termination agreement..makes it hard to terminate. Very annoying. No refunds.

Jake listened to my needs and was very thorough. He followed major nerves, blood vessels and muscle bundles down to their insertion points, which was really necessary for the issues I had, instead of just a generalized kneading. It was one of the best massages I had. He also gave me easy and practical exercises to do. Too bad he is always booked, as I would definitely want to continue with him.

I was supposed to get deep tissue, but the massage therapist basically just touched my back for 90 mins. There was no deep tissue massage. The massage therapist also had just eaten lunch or had some type of food and you could smell burps underneath the breath. The massage therapist was yawning and seemed disinterested in giving the massage. Very dissatisfied and disappointing for paying for a 90 minute massage and the therapist did not target the area described. A refund should be given!

I had made an appointment, but called to cancel it and still ended up getting charged the $75.00 no call no show fee. That to me is very unfair and poor service. Definitely will not be getting my service again.
