I had booked a 30 min session since that was all that was available. I received a call a bit later saying a whole hour opened up so that was nice. Front desk was friendly. The building is pristine & beautiful! The ambiance was calming. I saw other reviews where the music sounded crackly or genres changed too much but fortunately that was not my experience. I gave 3 stars because my massage therapist didn’t seem to be in a great mood. By no means was she rude but it did make me feel a tad uncomfortable. Everyone has their days so it wasn’t a huge biggie, I just observed it. Also, the massage wasn’t what I expected. Maybe I could have been more clear about what I wanted however when I think massage I think of constant rubbing and stretching of the muscles & skin. What I got was mostly just getting pressure points pressed. I would recommend this if you need a decent priced massage. Just be sure to communicate with your massage therapist.

The massage itself is wonderful. I had $100 gift certificate. I used it March 30, 2022 and had $30 left so I thought I’d get another massage and use that towards it. Last night’s massage cost me $110! If I had known when I booked the appointment my next massage was going to cost $120 before the gift certificate, I would have used the $30 on skin products. Truly disappointed in this outcome. I’ve had 5 massages there and didn’t know this, it was never explained when I paid for my massage using my gift certificates. Two stars are for but being told about this when I booked my appointment. The therapist I had gets 5 stars.

Booked a couple’s massage two weeks in advance at 10am on a Monday. Received a call a few days after booking the appointment to see if we wanted to move it to that week Thursday (I believe we booked on a Tuesday). However, this did not work with either of our schedules and after stating so, the person on the other line hung up. Two weeks later and the night before our massages we get a call stating that our appointment was moved to 12:30pm- we agreed to the time as we understand things are less than favorable right now for a lot of people/businesses and felt empathetic. The day of the appointment I received a phone call stating that one of the massage therapist couldn’t make it but we could do separate appointments that day- again, we are flexible moved things around and booked the second appointment.

When the day finally came for the massage they apparently never scheduled it so I again had to reschedule it then a couple weeks later I was called and told me I had to YET AGAIN reschedule. Like other reviewers said, don’t bother trying to book online, it doesn’t work. Scheduled online for a 60 minute deep tissue massage for Wednesday at 2. Planned my workday around it and drove 30 minutes to the location. Showed up and was told by the front desk that they don’t have me scheduled, and that online booking doesn’t sync with their systems. Would have been good information to have before I made the drive. Was rescheduled for Friday, and got in this time. Arrived promptly at my 10:30 time and by the time I was situated it was 10:45. At 11:24 I was told my one hour massage was complete. Also the therapist I was rebooked with was not deep tissue and instead I got medium pressure. She did a good job, not her fault, but I won’t be going back. I’ll be supporting a small business instead.

Pressured to get the $60/month membership by the front desk. My mom booked on the website for the same time slot and showed up showing her appointment confirmation email/confirmation # and everything and was told she didn’t have an appointment & the time slot was booked by someone else. The lady didn’t really seem to feel too bad and said it was the 3rd person it has happened to just today . My booking through the app however was convenient and did work. Also 10 minutes of your 60 minute massage that you pay for is set aside for changing and going over what you want in the massage so you’re only getting a 50 minute massage. and mine was cut even shorter (~48 minutes).

This was my first visit and it was disappointing and frustrating. Booked massage a week ago, took day off work and planned day around appointment. When I arrived was told that i didn’t have an appointment and the time slot was rebooked. All that was said was “are you sure it’s today?” and “we have been having problems with this”. No remedy was offered or apology except for I could come back tomorrow.. VERY poor customer service the only bright spot is that I saved $150.

I really did not enjoy my experience here. Corporate environment, disorganized, music was cutting out & distracting, facial was okay, but awkward & massage was 2/10. I would definitely recommend taking your money to a private masseuse/business.

Best massage I’ve ever had! My mom used to be a massage therapist so I know what a good massage is and this was perfect. Perfect pressure, perfect Tempo, perfect atmosphere, wonderful professional staff, very clean environment will definitely be returning!
