I love everything about Massage Envy (this is at the Greenfield location.) I had to stop my membership for awhile while I was pregnant and had preclymsia. They made cancelling so easy. I recently read-joined again because I remember how much the massages helped me physically and mentally. It only took a few minutes to update my info. I also learned that they save appointments for members which is really nice. A lot of times I can only only find the time to book the day before or the day of, and it’s great that they can usually figure something out so that I can get in. My massage therapist last week was great and the front desk person was so helpful. I can’t wait to book my next massage. ❤️

Amazing experience! This was my first time getting a Massage, and most definitely won’t be my last. Starting with the sweetest ladies at the front desk, I give them all 10s! I had Celi, and she was so knowledgeable! She was kind and explained everything she was doing! I came out feeling 30lbs lighter! The experience all together was just amazing! 10 all across the board! This was my first time at Massage Envy. I have gone to other places in the past and have had mixed experiences, so when I recieved a gift card to ME I wasn’t sure what to expect. Perla was my therapist and she did a fantastic job. This massage was very much needed from a pain relief, stress relief and relaxation perspective. Perla listened to my needs and delivered perfectly. I even came close to falling asleep on her table a few times. Very satisfied client!

Booked a massage with Patrick at the Brookfield location, he listened to what was bothering me about my back and came up with a plan to get some knots out, I have never felt such relief before and can feel a huge difference in my shoulder and neck mobility after years of stress and tension. The massage was great! The bathrooms were very dirty the last 2 times I was there. I brought it to the attention of the front desk & after my massage it was apparent that they did a quick once over, probably w a Clorox wipe.

Claire is great. You need to lower the monthly fee. There is no advantage to be a member. At $75 a month I can get a comparable massage for $65 to $70 elsewhere.
