He had really helpful tips and a gentle approach for giving them. He had a ton of experience and I could feel my tension melting away.

Kali is an excellent therapist! She always listens to me and uses great care. Unfortunately, it is so difficult to get monthly appointments and the membership fees increased. Not sure what benefit there is to a membership if I can’t get in with the therapist I’ve had for years. Telling a long-time member to have a back up therapist is not good customer service.

So I purchased a one year membership to this Massage Envy, which was closest to my house. Trying to book a massage was virtually impossible. They were booked all the time. Every time I would inquire about a massage they would tell me that they didn’t have enough massage therapists. Not my problem. I had three credits remaining on my account and they won’t allow me to redeem those credits because they said I had ample time to use them. How can I use them when every single day that I wanted a massage was booked.
