Client for 15 years, had to cancel my appointment today for doctor appointment for daughter, as it was today or next week Wednesday – and Massage Envy wants to charge me half. When my therapist has medical emergency (and there have been many) and needs to cancel day of I’m not compensated for my time. When the office team writes down my appointment for wrong day – I’m not compensated for my time. I have been understanding when errors happen or my therapist is not feeling well but I expect that to be reciprocated. I love my therapist and have been with her for years but this is not the way to treat a long time client. In speaking with manager she did say someone filled the slot so I won’t be charged however the fact that I had to talk with the manager is absurd. Your customer service and policy needs a recheck.

I’ve been here for 5 years when John decided to change how clients are able to schedule. The monthly Wellness Agreement is a joke. They cancel monthly appointments made far in advance just hours before you’re scheduled but still charge your credit card every month. The manager, Ciara, lacks empathy for staff cancellations and the owner refuses to communicate with any customers via email or via telephone. Just terrible service.
