Critical: QualityMy room was cold and stark, ceiling lighting, who wants to look at that during your massage, imho. Therapist had a small fan on in the room, last thing I needed blowing on me with lotion on my exposed body. Music was not soothing, too loud, even after asking it to be turned down, even with my hearing aids out! Wasn’t relaxing.
