I’ve been a member since January 2014, I’ve visited many different locations over the years, state to state. I found that the key to a heavenly massage is to talk to your massage therapist, switch around if you must to find who you are comfortable with. I currently see Mike on the regular, he listens and truly understand my personal needs. My massages are incredible and get better every time. It’s truly a wonderful relaxing massage. I so look forward to coming in for my next visit. His magical hands find my trouble knots and takes them away. He’s always professional which makes it easy to relax, unwind and let him preform his magic! I leave feeling fantastic and pain free!

The staff is always friendly and professional.They offer stretching, which was new to me, and I strongly recommend beginning your treatments with this process. I think it really amplified the massage’s results. The massage therapists that I have had are very good, nice, and very attentive to your bodies natural cues. Clean rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. All in all, one of the best massage places in town. Also the facials are lovely but I did get colder than I prefer to be. But the treatment itself was good.

During my one week stay in Des Moines, I booked a 60 minute massage with Mike. He was very polite and professional. During the consultation, I felt he truly cares about each one of his clients and their individual needs. He immediately catered to my shoulder tension and the work that he did on my neck felt very productive as well as relaxing. I’d definitely schedule with him regularly if I lived in the area.

It was my boyfriend and I’s first time here. The place is nice but the massage was just really mediocre. We’ve gotten many massages and I don’t think we’d go back here. I didn’t feel like they spent much time working out the tough spots. Although I would consider a different masseuse!

Erin, not certain of her title, is awesome. She is very professional and took great care to get my account back in order after an identity theft situation. She was very kind and understanding of the issue. Sometimes membership customer service can be very firm and unwilling to help but she was the opposite. I also love this Massage Envy in general. The staff always answers the phone promptly, they are very polite and I have never had a bad experience. 100% recommend

Beautiful place, and quality products on front lobby shelf. Friendly people as well, yet doing a 41 minute massage (low quality) on a 60 minute session because I show up 7 minutes late is a bit slacking. Man who gave massage was there for the paycheck waiting for Friday to just get here already.

This place has a true spa/tranquility feel. I like that after you check in you get to wait in a separate area where you can immediately relax. Some of the other chain type massage places skimp on the ambience and I don’t feel like this one does. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Rose, my masseuse has been excellent! Maybe it’s because they are still new, but I haven’t had any issues getting in for a massage despite my busy and limited schedule. It seems other places were always booked and I would have to take time off work just to get in. It’s been awesome being able to go in after a long day at work and just relax!
