Erris gave one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend her as your therapist. She is obviously very experienced in her technique. She easily located and loosened every tight muscle group in my neck and shoulder areas. She used some techniques that I have never experienced from any other therapist. The warm towels were also a nice touch that I have not experienced even from other massage envy locations. She also communicated well during the beginning to ensure everything was comfortable.

I was super bummed because I wrote “feet” as an area of focus and the masseuse didn’t even rub my feet for one second. When I brought it to the attention of the lady at the front desk afterwards, she said she couldn’t do anything about it and she’d just let management know. Pretty let down after looking forward to this massage, spending the time and money and even still tipping 20% after all was said and done.
