Wonderful facility! Hayli and Erica are always professional, welcoming and efficient on the “front line.” Amy O. is the exceptional massage therapist who helped us most often. (Kelly P and Mickie’s services were also notable.) This is NOT my home ME but we were in the Granger area for an extended stay due to unexpected health issues. We are grateful to have had these helpers at this time in our lives.

I’ve been waiting to leave a review for some time, because we wanted to give Massage Envy time to make things right with us. Unfortunately they did not deliver. If you don’t want to read the long review, here’s a synopsis: DON’T book Melissa for a massage as she is unprofessional and from my wife’s experience, just bad at giving a massage. Also, DON’T expect any decent compensation for a bad experience other than a small discount for a massage.

Was told they could do two facials at the same time, purchased two for my sister in law and I to have the experience together and chat. When I went to book the appointment, was told they are not able to accommodate the request. I tried to help come up with solutions but nothing was done. Manager called me back after a daily vm had been left for her over a week. She apologized but said there was nothing to be done. I asked for her boss to call me and was told she is too busy. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. I guess you can tell customer whatever you’d like. I can’t get a refund or anything to go somewhere else that will follow through with what they offer. Will not be going back again.

I have had a membership for a few years and this last year has been a rip off. I had a microderm infusion today, which is a 50 minute hands on service. I received a 30 minute service. I was then informed that this counted as 2 services instead of the 1.5 services it cost me last time. All for getting just 9ver half the time I’m paying for. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I also had a 50 minute facial a few months ago and received 30 minutes of it. I answered the survey I received to communicate my dissatisfaction, and never heard a word. I also had a 90 minute massage that I would presume should be 80 minutes of hands on and got 70 minutes. This location is terrible for providing the services that you have already paid for, and now they throw a card in front of you with how much you should be tipping for each service. The employees are nice enough, but it’s difficult to get appointments and then to be ripped off with the times is terrible customer service. Thankfully, I have canceled my service, but now I will be a half service short to even get a final service that I’ve already paid for. This place needs some help.

The service was great! Massage was really good! I have payed for the service forehead and when the service was done I left the salon. They have called me in a few minutes and told: don’t you want to come back and pay some tips? What?? I am cosmetologist by myself. And I was thinking all the time that tips are not NECESSARY! It is desire of the client! And if he would like to give a tip he would definitely do that! I felt so uncomfortable when they called me and asked to go back and give them some tip! Where is the culture? Where is the respect to clients and their opportunities?

So I arrive to my rescheduled appointment only to get a call stating she is running late today, and agree to wait 15 minutes. Then I’m brought back to the room, and wait another 20 minutes. My first few experiences at this location were great however, this weekend I scheduled a facial with Elizabeth and was called to reschedule my appointment due to the Aesthetician calling off. So I arrive to my rescheduled appointment only to get a call stating she is running late today, and agree to wait 15 minutes. Then I’m brought back to the room, and wait another 20 minutes. Well come to find out they sent them without enough postage, so after 3 months going by they call me and tell me they got them back because my address was wrong. Come to find out not enough postage for them to be mailed was the real issue. I have been gave the runaround through this the whole time I am fed up and plan to seek council!! Also AMY THE DISTRICT MANAGER DOES NOT CALL YOU BACK AND I AM MORE THAN DONE!!
