Critical: CommunicationTrying to get them to transfer a massage over to my family member was a huge headache the first one did go though but my family member had to wait for transfer and the transfer should have been done two days before. I just called them this morning to transfer one more massage to another branch and the employee told me the complete opposite what I was told when I joined about a transfer. Huge headache . Trying to get them to transfer a massage over to my family member was a huge headache the first one did go though but my family member had to wait for transfer and the transfer should have been done two days before. I just called them this morning to transfer one more massage to another branch and the employee told me the complete opposite what I was told when I joined about a transfer. Huge headache . Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI go to ME to help with muscle pain. I see the therapist Jason and he is amazing! He is very knowledgeable about what he does. He always asks what I want to focus on but if he notices that working another area will help he lets me know and sure enough it does. He is perfect on pressure and adjusts when you need it. Since I have been seeing him my pain has decreased significantly. The enviroment is relaxing and I like how the tables are warm, making you comfortable. I go to ME to help with muscle pain. I see the therapist Jason and he is amazing! He is very knowledgeable about what he does. He always asks what I want to focus on but if he notices that working another area will help he lets me know and sure enough it does. He is perfect on pressure and adjusts when you need it. For example, they have double booked my mother and then when she was supposed to have an appointment they managed to not even have it in the system. They they did the same thing with my father’s appointments. Mistakes happen but the issue here is the staff does nothing to try to address/fix the problem, let alone apologize for the errors. They have been consistently making errors with appointments. For example, they have double booked my mother and then when she was supposed to have an appointment they managed to not even have it in the system. They they did the same thing with my father’s appointments. Mistakes happen but the issue here is the staff does nothing to try to address/fix the problem, let alone apologize for the errors.
