Worst customer service ever! My husband bought me a gift card when the had a promotion going on of massage and facial for $110. It had been a while and so I went IN PERSON to ask if they would honor the promotion. The front desk girl said yes, they would honor it and I booked my services. I got there and the person at the front desk (different girl) said they couldn’t honor it. I explained I had explicitly and specifically asked if they would honor that, she asked her manager and they said they would not. They just said “the other girl should not have said that to you”. Will never come back. Be careful and don’t get scammed.

OmG!!! This is my 1st time coming here complements of my Valentine Gift. I must admit I was a bit intimidated being that it was in a busy area of the shopping district. Once I arrived, the facility was clean well sanitized, very easy and fast check-in, my massus Chris was prompt and on time. The rooms was tranquil and clean. I was given time to undress to MY comfort level and then the relaxation began. My massage from Chris was Amazing he focuses on all my troubled spots and allowed me to relax afterwards for a moment then I got dressed. My massage therapist, Jamica, was great! Very professional and the pressure was amazing! I also did a facial after and my tech Laura, was great. My skin felt great afterward and looked so much better. They both were awesome!

This business is predatory on its subscription. My wife and I have attempted to cancel services on three separate occasions since 2020. Twice my wife has showed up to the store in person to cancel. Somehow, they continue to find a way to begin billing us again after a period. Our credit card number has changed several times, yet somehow they are able to reinstate billing. We have already paid over $1,000 in monthly charges since 2020 that apparently is non-refundable. This practice is shameful. I’ve just begun looking into this online if others are having similar problems and apparently short of recording yourself canceling and insisting that you will not leave the store without some document stating exactly when all services will be cancelled they could continue to do this under the guise that your membership was on hold and not cancelled. I am literally loosing sleep as I am so upset that we are dealing with this again.

This was my home location before I moved and I loved everyone and everything there! I trust any masseuse and both the workers and the manager are kind, helpful, and listen well! They are very helpful with booking out appointments and helped with all admin work! I never got a facial there but like I said I trust any of the people giving massages! Thank you! Membership is so worth it!

I liked this location, but it is hard to get in to as they are always booked. A few times I had to reschedule due to there being no aesthetician for facials. I even purchased their expensive skin cream that was referred to me. That was over 200+dollars, when I told them it irritated my skin they told me they could not refund or exchange the product since it was over 30 days and I would need to see the aesthetician and pay for that…Ok. Fine. I recently canceled my membership on June 15th. I had 2.5 hours in my account. At the time of cancelation I was not told that I had 60 days to use the hours or they would expire. I am very disappointed. They charged me 75.00 per month. Beware.
