I’ve been a member of ME since 2009. Unfortunately it doesn’t look the same as it used to. It gets harder every year to actually use your massages unless you book at least a month out which isn’t always possible. But I’ve definitely had some great therapist over the years and am grateful for the work they do!

If you want to know if you should go to a service that is kind and courteous. Just say hello or talk about the warm wind that just blew by. A simple friendly conversation as I was stepping up to throw my drink cup in the trash. The lady, young, short black hair going into work as they were still closed but she unlocked; well wow she needs to get that chip off her shoulder!! Because I realized thats not a place I go for service. By the way she responded with nastiness, saying I’m so sorry that happen to you not my problem. As she tried to ignore me and quickly get away. Like this old lady was going do something bad. Where is the simplicity of hello to a old lady. Gees. Do they talk to there Grandmothers same way!

Yesterday morning we had two appointments booked for 9 and 10am at the location “Southport 6815 S. Emerson Ave Indianapolis Indiana”. We were told at 915 that our provider “didn’t show up and they have never had this happen before” and “they don’t think she’s coming in”. The woman tells us as we are waiting in their “tranquility room”. They didn’t offer anything when I asked when I asked what they were going to do. She then offered other an “enhancement”. It is their policy to fully charge if a client is a “no show” the day of the appt.

Massage was lovely as usual, but they have increased their non member pricing to double the member price.($115 vs $55). It used to be $90 for nonmember. I understand an upcharge but double? Really? With my hectic schedule the membership is not worth it, but I feel pressured to do it just bc of the increase in the nonmember price. Not a fan of those sales strategies.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. This establishment is a rip off and completely unprofessional. I would not sign anything with this company at any location. I went in for a facial and they did not tell me until I got there that the machine was broken. The woman tried to convince me to get a regular facial. In which I told her no because I saved two sessions for this facial, I want the micro facial. I rescheduled for the following weekend. I went in the next week and received a 20 minute facial. It was horrible the worst facial I’ve ever had. The woman then Had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to reschedule in four weeks. I spoke with the manager about my complaint which she said corporate would be giving me a call about it. I Never heard from corporate. On top of that when I looked at my bank account they charged me my $65 fee, and another $60 for the facial I’m assuming. That being said I spent $190 on a 20 minute facial that was only supposed to be $130. Which is a fraudulent $60 that I never authorized. I have been to many five star spas and had amazing facials for the same price. The only reason I signed up with them was because of the man who gave me a massage the very first time. He was great but, he left after my first session, after I already signed up . I am not someone who writes reviews. As a matter of fact I have never written a review about an establishment. This being my first one because of how this company operates and is fraudulent. Many more complaints with this establishment. I don’t advise anyone ever go here or any of there other locations!!

I just love everyone there as they are ALWAYS welcoming, polite, caring and very helpful. I really like my Massage Therapist that I have now (Brandon). It amazes me how they can feel & find the needed spots that need worked out.
