I feel like I have been robbed. I signed up for the monthly plan prior to the pandemic. Of course, like most businesses, through no fault of their own, they were understaffed during the pandemic and I was unable to make appointments. The understaffing still continues and the therapists I need to see remain unavailable. I contacted the franchise and asked for a refund of the $1,200+ I paid over the course of the shut down. It seems fair, that if they were not able to provide the service I paid for, they should refund the money. But they were ADAMANT that they will in no way refund my money. This is absurd and unethical.

Great food in a clean, new environment. The veggie tacos, sangria, and pineapple slaw were my favorites but everything was delicious. My husband tried the 5 taco deal and enjoyed one of each taco. Friendly, attentive service and worth it. We will definitely be back.

Nice facility. I’m always greeted promptly when arriving. The staff is helpful and the rooms are nice. I’ve only done massages here and they are usually really good. I’ve not settle one on favorite massage therapist, but all the different ones seem to have things they gravitate to.

Have had a massage by 3 different people and each time they have been fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable with you being able to adjust the lights, the music volume and the bed temperature. I’m very happy I got the membership. It was so worth it.

The front desk staff is amazing, but this massage envy has their tranquillity room in a terrible place. It is supposed to be relaxing to get you ready for your massage, but they put it right at the front on the other side of a glass door, so you hear everything from the front and the light shines into a room that’s supposed to be peaceful. And I don’t know about everyone else, but when I get a massage I want quite so I can relax, tour massage therapist isn’t supposed to be chatty Cathy. In fact they shouldn’t talk at all. a person getting a massage will tell them if something needs to change so they shouldn’t even have to check in. Honestly I’m disappointed with my appointment. I’m going to try one more time with a different therapist, but I have low hopes at this point.

I had such bad breakouts and was so conscientious about my face, I never felt like I could get my acne under control, when it would clear up for a short period of time I would be devastated at the amount of scarring. All the staff I never see a staff so friendly even the all the masseuse there male and female masseuse or very friendly great people great staff…all locations for you here in Hamilton county near you know so Town center Greenfield avenue or right here and knows all right off of pleasant Street and St.Rd 37..come check it out on both locations very friendly staff excellent service… You can choose a man or a woman to give you the massage … Try the full deep massage it make new person out of you
