I’ve been going here for years. Lately it’s very hard to get an appointment with my usual therapists. Her schedule gets booked up for months so it’s no longer convenient for me to go here. The front desk girl was very rude to me and could care less about accommodating me. Considering canceling my membership.

This has to be the worst experience I’ve had over the past year. The beginning was fine. The first therapist I had unfortunately had a beard so big his mask kept slipping and spent more time with his hands on his own face than my back. I had another one which I wondered if I even had a massage. One guy pushed so hard I had bruises. I finally found a guy I liked and he moved to another Massage Envy Location. Finally at the last 4 months of my contract… Every month I’d get a call (THE DAY BEFORE) and was told that my session (THAT I BOOKED 4-5 WEEKS IN ADVANCE) was cancelled due to this injury, or called in sick, or broken bone, but they couldn’t schedule me again for 8 WEEKS! I was FINALLY able to cancel my contract and was told I had 3 sessions left but they couldn’t book me for 9 weeks. SERIOUSLY.. and that my time period would expire on being able to use these last sessions after I cancel. So… after getting the “manager” who refused to refund my money to “extend” my time period.. I waited 9 weeks… went to the massage… and was charged on my credit card the full amount. This location needs new management or something. It is a hot mess. SERIOUSLY.. I don’t know who reads these things but if this is a franchise.. it’s not doing the corporation any good.

We have been here a couple of time while visiting family and were very pleased with the quality of our massage. The staff are friendly and helpful. We actually got a membership in our home state because of the treatment that we received here. I have been a member for more than a year now and so happy with it. I get a massage about every two weeks and it has kept me mobile and healthy after a major back surgery. Would highly recommend them for the special needs massage or just a relaxing one. Give them a try!

Went a couple days before me birthday for a couples massage. My fianceé had an excellent massage and mine was horrible. I specifically asked for light to medium pressure and dawn my therapist definitely did deep. She did a lot of stretching with my arms, which was weird and didn’t feel good. At the beginning I told her I didn’t want anything to be done on my legs. She obviously wasn’t listening because she started to do my legs and then was like oh I forgot you didn’t want to do legs. You should have yelled at me when I started…. Well no she should have actually looked at my sheet… Manager said she would recommend someone and I could come back in and get the introductory massage price. Why would I want to go back? Not good customer service and that massage therapist really needs to look at people’s sheets. Currently in a lot of pain and not happy

I have been told numerous times that with a note from a chiropractor that I could cancel my membership due to a bulging disk in my back. My wife used most of my accumulated massages, but I didn’t get it cancelled before the next payment was taken. So when they called me to ask me to schedule something today, I was told that what I have been told by every person in the past was a lie and that I have to risk COVID to get a note from an MD in order to cancel.

I got massages regularly for awhile and then my girl left so I stopped going. Last year I went to a different location to get a massage for my birthday and it was the worst experience. Well..today is my birthday and I decided I’d give it another go but I was pretty nervous about seeing someone new again. I had Alisha and it was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had! She listened to why I was anxious about coming in and was extremely reassuring that that wouldn’t happen again and gave me an amazing massage! Can’t wait until my next massage!

The HTC location was where I started with massage. It was very loud, in the waiting area and even in the rooms. The building is not set up ideally for this, so location was a poor decision for the experience of a massage. The staff do not appear knowledgeable, and I felt as though my massages there would have been done better by students. My initial massage therapists talked the entire time, even when I tried to be silent.

I love going to this location! Everyone is friendly and it is very relaxing. I have a massage therapist who is really good. He is aware of how to deal with my tight knots and has a wonderful feel for what I need. And they have wintergreen life savers, always a treat.
