When I called to make my first appointment I asked for the best most booked therapist and got Collin. Needless to say I was able to get in pretty quick, the massage was mediocre at best and could tell there wasn’t much effort put in even though I requested deep tissue. He spent 5 minutes talking to me and another 5 minutes to have me undress by the time I got my massage I only had 40 minutes if that. The front desk was short with me and kept trying to overcharge me. Overall I will never step foot into this place again. Bad experience I’ll go somewhere I’m welcomed and wanted.

Ridiculous. My last appointment the therapist takes me back 15 minutes late and then finished early so I don’t even get an hour. Fine, I tipped and left. This morning I over slept and missed my appointment. The condescending woman at the front desk told me I’d loose the whole session then asks if I want to tip Nancy?!?! I’ve paid 2 sessions and received less than one…. A tip ha! Canceling my membership as this has been a very disgusting and rude experience.

I got 50 min massage at the Carmel location yesterday. In the preference information, you fill out when booking and arriving, I indicated a full body massage but indicated the reason for getting the massage was to relieve back pain and marked my back as a place of focus. I was face up for all but 20 mins of the massage. When she ask me to turn over she acknowledged that we were running out of time and spent it on my back (not doing back of legs or arms). I really wish she hadn’t spent over half of my time on places I can reach myself (the front of me). Luckily I got the first time customer discount…unfortunately my massage time spent in the area I actually needed it, was also discounted.

Dont sign a contract – they rarely have ope i gs for a massage. You have to book 6-8 weeks out….and even then you have a alim chance of getting the therapists that you like. In addition they cancel your account when theyve gotten there money….even though they didn’t honor the last massage. We had alot of things going on at the end of spring (18 year old graduation, and college bound,etc). Not there concern….but previously when we had a 12 month plan….they wouldnt cancel our membership when we asked due to not being able to get appointments that fit our schedule.

Walked in anticipating a 90 minute massage only to be informed that my appointment was canceled due to illness. I was not notified prior to entering the building. My last appointment was also canceled due to a medical leave. No manager on site to address the issue. After several attempts over the past few months to call for an appointment only to have to leave a message and not receive a call back, I’m done with this location. Go elsewhere or save your money!

BEWARE!!! I have tried to cancel my membership twice. The first time they convinced me to “freeze” my account, only to start auto extracting payments out of my account at a later date. They want you to believe you cannot cancel your membership, only auto renew. This is not true and they are taking advantage of people. Provide a advance written notice including your full name, address, phone number, and your desire to cancel your membership.

I had quite a bit of neck and shoulder pain about a year ago. Chris helped me identify my pillow as the root cause. Regular sessions with Chris helped me regain greater motion that I had lost from just being a stiff person and unnaturally carrying tension, mostly in my shoulders like most people. Chris’ style – trigger point therapy – and advice during the sessions helped me identify areas in which I could improve my ergonomics, reduce pain and tension, and adopt healthy habits like regular stretching of muscles that I didn’t know I have!

Loved, loved, loved Nancy HOWEVER the atmosphere didn’t do it for me. I know it’s not a spa but I would have liked some sort of essential oils going or a scented oil used instead of lotion. Also I didn’t appreciate the front desk lady sitting next to me as I filled out personal information.
