Massage Envy: Requested one hour massage, and was told cost of $75.0, however I was charged on my credit card $133.75 on 09/16. Management’s response to my inquire on 09/19 not being a member of their outlet.,membership was never explained to me and their attitude was very rude. Will never go back to them

90 min sessions are actually 80 or less since they “accommodate you 10 mins for undressing”, and apparently for the “therapist’s” tardiness. Then even after you’ve completed the checking in part, filling out the areas of concern, and even mention to the “therapist” the areas of discomfort and pain, and how you’d like that area specifically focused on, they go ahead and spent most of the 75 mins or so on everything but that one area. So 70-75 mins out of the advertised 90 min session, pain and knots and discomfort levels the same as when I went in! Still got charged for them 90 mins though.

I think I need to stay with stretching, one hour sessions with Omar or switch therapists. My massages lately have made my chronic pain body hurt more than when I first got there. I’ll talk with Tiffany the manager for therapist recommendations according to my special needs as a chronic pain client. I do LOVE Massage Envy! They are a great and irreplaceable addition to my health team!
