The massage was not exactly what I wanted: pressure, or where I wanted the focus of the massage. The therapist was friendly however. The manager was more than accommodating. She is having me back to try another therapist and she didn’t charge me for the massage. I will make sure to update after I go back. Also always make sure to ask for a clean blanket when you book your appointment at any Massage Envy.
