Andrea is a great masseuse very professional. Massage Envy’s customer service however has changed recently. As a 7 + year member and having couples massages with the same masseuse’s for the last three years. It has become increasingly difficult to schedule our date’s. In the past we could schedule months in advance to get the couples room and our preferred masseuse’s. That doesn’t work anymore with the current changes. That’s why it’s a 3 rating. Andrea is a 5!

I was disappointed with my first massage ever. My husband purchased a gift card for my birthday and I was so excited to finally use it. Well the whole time during my massage the girl focused on getting me to sign up for a membership and purchase a bunch of different products when we were done. Not relaxing at all while you’re trying to relax. Then when it was time to check out I was being hounded again about a membership and purchasing different products. I would of been interested if my whole experience I wasn’t hounded the whole time and actually given a moment to enjoy my massage. The massage would of been perfect had I not been talked to the whole time about a membership and not left alone to relax.

I’ve had 3 facials at Massage Envy and cannot recommend them enough! The setting is quiet lighting with peaceful nature sounds playing. A warm table and soft mist to hydrate throughout the process add to the experience. Hand to neck massage is included, and you can add on services. I’ve tried the anti-aging eye treatment, neck and decolletage, and hand exfolliation. They use high quality products and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Jasmine and Jordan were my aestheticisns (sorry, I can’t recall the name of the first one I had!) and all 3 were fantastic! Highly recommend!
